    I have elements premier 15 on my laptop. When I apply the stabilizer it takes forever. A 5 minute clip took over 10 minutes to apply. After it did it's thing, The image was closer up but it cropped the video leaving a huge black border on the video. I changed the settings down to 10% and it did the same thing. What did I do wrong?

      What are your video's specs? What is its resolution and frame rate? What is your project's settings, as listed under the Edit menu, under Project Settings? Is this video from a camcorder or another source? Both the stabilizing and motion tracking can be a little temperamental when working with video specs that do not perfectly match your project settings.
