If you think about it from another perspective, he’s actually having a dig at Taleworld. The first time we see him wearing it is while he’s talking about the shortcomings of past attempts at representing sword combat in other games.

I've practiced sword fighting my whole life. I couldn't understand a word that old man with glasses was saying but I could tell for sure he knows his stuff.

As a historical fencer, I love this video and how it explains some of the principles involved in using medieval weapons in a way that is easy to digest for people who have no experience or knowledge in that field.
I can't say enough how much I enjoyed the fighting in KC:D as it gave the tradition I study a great platform.
Guys, you're absolutely amazing! The amount of research and effort and this huge all-encompassing love for what you're doing are astounding. I almost cried with delight when I recognized the moves shown in the pictures here as the ones Henry performed in the game. KCD is one of my favorite games of all time and this video made me appreciate your work even more. A million times thank you!

As a historical fencer, this game is one of the most amazing. I still remember wincing in the cutscene where Runt eats that mordschlag, and seeing those windings in game? Or dropping someone with a nice zwerchau? Seriously, I felt like I was there!

Warhorse Studios made a great game and their dedication to realism is remarkable. Many western game devs. and movie makers always depict European swords as heavy and cumbersome, while in reality European swords were just as light and high tech as their Japanese counterparts.

Je super, že jste oslovili DRC, Robert Waschka je skvělý mistr meče, sám jsem se zúčastnil jednoho z jeho workshopů na téma Zaklínačských stylů boje. A opravdu je super konečně vidět hru, kde je alespoň trochu reálný styl boje. Opravdu nejen za tohle pro Warhorse Studio palec nahoru! Šerm je pro mě také v podstatě taková duchovní záležitost. Pět let jsem dělal scénický šerm, který mě naučil stabilnímu ale zároveň dynamickému postoji a technice. Teď už dělám jen larpový šerm, ale postoj se stále hodí a některé techniky také nejsou k zahození. Jsem rád, že jsem se do šermířského světa ponořil nejen hrami, ale i skutečně a že zde v Evropě máme opravdu takto pěknou historii šermířských škol. Měli bychom si toho více vážit.
I love this game the multiply ways you can go about things, the choices being able to fail missions and continue is great please remember what makes your game great.

That would be interesting. But on the other hand if the next 2 acts are placed sometimes during Hussite Wars, we might see Hans (Jan Ptacek) died in the game because Jan Ptacek actually joined the battle with his army

I've played the game 3 times, from start to finish, since lockdown began. Sometimes I just go there to wander the woods with horse and dog, hunting boar or bandits or Cuman... it's such a wonderful world to escape into, I can stay there for hours. Wonderful characters, beautiful landscapes.

Best game ever!! The immersion is insane!! I can feel the fear to walk at night with my inventory fully loaded, I bite my nails when passing by a Rattay guard while i have something not mine in my pockets. I love to hear the barks of the dogs, the songs of birds in the forest. Beautiful master piece.

Pravdou je že hra měla a má i dnes spoustu Bugů. A ano 1000 krát jsem se u ní naštval, ale i přes to jsem jí dohrál 3x a pokaždé to šlo jinak a zase jinak. Je mi 30 jsem už velkej kluk a rád si zahraju od dětství, ale todle byla první hra od mých náct. u které jsem se zasekl na dlouhé hodiny. Bavila mne a stále i když už ne tak často baví i dnes. A pro mne je to nejlepší hra minimálně za posledních 10 let. A proto všem co se na ní podílely moc děkuji . Thank you Warhorse studio

Viděl jsem zatím pouze minutu a půl a už teď vím, že to dokoumám celé ;) Šermířský mistr dokáže velmi zaujmout.
Respekt pro Warhose a mistry, kteří byli schopni obnovit toto umění Evropského středověkého šermu. Méčové umění je pro mě nejoblíbenější téma už od dětství a za tenhle dokument jsem hodně vděčný. Děkuji moc!

I play this game on ps4 and it's brilliant. There are a few issues when it comes to these types of games, but it runs well and I am very happy with the game. I feel like the studio actually took his time with consoles unlike some other big companies who rush the console port. I never considered myself a "true RPG" kind of guy until now, thank you for this game.

Člověk se učí ze čtyř zdrojů: od mistra, z knih, životní zkušeností a konečně yvšším osvícením. Toto video stejně jako vše co stojí za studiem Warhorse a panem Vávrou bylo, je a bude vyšším osvícením. Pokaždé, když mám deprése z tohoto světa, kde lidi rádi kradou a ojebávají vše, co ojebat jde, jakkoliv se přitulím k těmto lidem, protože vše co dělají je s maximální úctou, pokorou a respektem. Proto i já k těmto lidem cítím přesně to samé.

Almost two years ago, Warhorse Studio made a giveaway of this very video for Steam through Twitter. Favourite weapon combo, the winner would be the one with the best answer. I was either persuassive or lucky for being the one chosen by WS, and funny enough, it happened while I was in Japan for a holiday. I enjoyed watching this loveable video about european martial arts while sitting on a tatami mat weathering the hot and wet Tokyo's april, a great experience. Now I am happy that all who wants it can enjoy this video as well, it has everything you may expect from Warhorse Studios and more.

Momentálně se chystám rozject KCD na Hardcore mode 😊 Za mě jedna z top her co jsem kdy hrál a jsem rád že jste měli koule udělat trochu víc hardcore hru než je dnes běžné 👍🏻 BTW: Na šerm už nechodím, ale při škole to byla jedna z nejlepších věcí 😊

In Czech we have a word "Lípa" / Lípy (it's a tree and it's correct) in the case of noble family we call them "Pánové z Lipé" or "Páni z Lipé" (Lords of Leipa.. or in german "Herren von Leipa")
