2:45 wasn't even Hornaday Jr's fault, it was the lapped 07 black truck that caused it by slightly tapping Hornaday, which in turn made him sideswipe Kyle Busch into the wall.
For the incident, Busch was handed a $50.000 fine, put on probation for the rest of the 2001 season, DQ'd from the Truck series race and banned for both the Cup and Nationwide series race at the same track-Texas-as he was due to drive in these as well later during the weekend.

Thank you only reason I asked was I think I was at this race cause I would go to both the spring and fall Richmond races from 2000 till 2010. On the Even years I would go to the spring cup and Xfinity race with my college friends and on the odd years I would go to the fall cup and Xfinity race with my wife.
