Great questions!!! I try to give a glimpse into our life as accurately as possible. Thank you for your kind words. My best answer is it all takes great intentions. I try to set realistic expectations. I try to do 5-15 minute workouts 3-4 times a week. I try to be my husband's girlfriend which is my why behind keeping myself together.
