Is it difficult/expensive to use stucco as cladding with this system?

Hello Allen. Thanks for reaching out! We build within a two hour radius of our office, which is located in Lacombe county.
If someone could find a way to blow mineral wool instead of EPS, this system could be unbeatable. As is, fire concerns are still there. Unfortunately even if EPS will not start the fire or ignite one, it would still melt all the way to "nothing left", making the wall a full write off.
Mineral wool would be another great alternative product for a panelized system but like any product there are advantages and disadvantages. Good idea, something worth thinking about.
We believe your use of “unfortunately” was misplaced. You are correct in stating that it will not start or ignite a fire. It will also not act as a fuel source to a fire, unlike a wood-framed build would act as a fuel source. We do have multiple product lines that can be added to the exterior of the Ice Panels that can provide a desired fire rating or even make it fireproof. Thanks for your comment!
