Just under a 30 mile drive across from Metairie and New Orleans, Mandeville is the first stop directly off the causeway bridge and is a lovely waterfront welcome to visitors and locals alike! Sitting on the northshore of Lake Pontchartrain, The Mandeville Lakefront offers beautiful residential homes, wonderful restaurants and recreation, and also presents a nice, breezy atmosphere for visitors to exercise or relax. There is a a 3.4 mile walking trail that extends across the water frontage and loops through giant mosses filled oak trees. Along the path are benches, swings, playgrounds, a gazebo, a splash park, and a small beach for all to enjoy. Don’t miss out on the Mandeville Lakefront!
