That last clip, it would be worth explaining to non UK residents what the issue was. Most off road trails in the UK are designated for pedestrians and/or horse riders only (public footpaths and bridleways). However, the UK also has a limited number of what they call Green Lanes. Non-metalled (not asphalt), not maintained but legal for use by motorised vehicles. How can a user tell the difference? Each council publishes maps that are online. Also, at all access points to the trail, there will be a sign prohibiting cycles, motorcycles, cars, etc. Without that prohibition sign, the trail is open to motorised vehicles. Sometimes the trail leads to a house, is a closed trail, but vehicles can use the trail IF they are going to the house (otherwise a massive ticket of £50 can be issued, LOL). One difference between these in the UK and the US is that in the UK the vehicle still has to be 'road legal'. The man walking his dog is being a genuine 'Kevin' (male Karen) claiming that the trail was for walkers only, and that the cammer was damaging the trail. Maybe he was adding to the erosion a little, but the local council are the ones who defined that trail as a green lane, so the cammer was legally permitted to be there.
I live near that trail and there are no restriction signs at the start of it, I have ridden a motorbike up there several times

Thanks for the explanation. We do have similar "roads" here in the US where you have to be road legal to ride it, usually around the outside of large OHV "off road riding areas". Hence the popularity of dual-sport or endro motorcycles.

In all the videos I've watched here over the years, I can count on one hand the number of times rev bombing was an effective alert. Maybe instead of destroying your valves, just invest in a better horn. Also, it's not intimidating at all. Can we just retire that as a thing already?
New modern car's are very sound insulated, if people can't her a siren behind them, they can barely hear a rev bomb behind them. And that is before you add in the car stereo.

I had 3 different bikes over a 25 year period, and I did some dumb things on all of them. But I didn’t blame everyone else for them. Too many of them ride like idiots And expect others to watch out for them. Kudos to the two that helped bikini girl.

Lane splitting may be legal; but so is s car taking up its own lane. So is it ok for cars and trucks to slide up inches bdhind motorcycles or drfit into their lanes? I’m a motorcycle rider and don’t want carx in my lane; I must respect theirs. I can maybe see lane filtering in jams, but never feel entitled to a lane if someone cuts me off. If these riders darwinize themselvex, they deserve it; and the roads are safer without them. They are riding way too close to cars at speed and frequently scrape them. No one us expecting someone coming up between lanes.

Yes I’m not sure what the Rev bombing actually achieves, except using excess fuel, and stressing the engine, and making you look like a knob of course, use the horn, that’s what’s its for, to warn other road users of your presence, not as an instrument of anger, as in most of these videos, when to most of us, these “incedents” can be seen coming a mile off.
The worst part is all these new cars have blind spot mirrors and lights to indicate you are next to them, and they still swerve into us

We had a dirt track around here, a developer came in and built a housing community nearby. People bought the houses and then complained every time there was any event at the track. I got to say this, had a motorcycle long time ago. And the stuff I see today on the road with motorcycles in the mix, 4,000lb truck has the right away guy's. Weaving in & out of traffic and telling a driver to use his mirror . I was in traffic in my truck & bike going in between cars, he bump one, fell & hit his head on the curb and die. No helmet, if he did, still be a live today. Go over 100-MPH and hit that rock in the road and see what happens!
