It’s very understood what the families are saying regarding a deal, but the reality holding up the process is who the obstacle is. If that side had a heart, last year wouldn’t have happened. It’s a mentality that can’t be defined in the real world.
They really want these people to be rewarded for what they have done? I understand how painful this is for families but they have to look at the facts. If they make a deal with terrorists Israel will be facing having more hostages taken in the near future.

I'm no fan of Netanyahu, but I have yet to hear anyone explain what will compel Hamas to release ALL of the remaining hostages if a deal to release SOME of the hostages is reached. Or what will prevent Hamas from regrouping and continuing to terrorize Israel if the IDF is told to leave Gaza before they finish obliterating Hamas's military forces and weapons.
