I'm non native speaker and yes I do think in English sometimes. Sometimes I even struggle to find words in my native tongue so I use English instead.

I feel like it depends how fluent and comfortable someone is with a language. I can think in 3 languages the same exact way without any difference, it just depends on which situation Im imagining myself in and who am I talking to, otherwise I would have to think and translate in my head before speaking out loud when it comes to other languages that Im not so fluent in so to say.

I speak italian, punjabi and english, basically when I’m angry I think in punjabi, normally in italian and when I’m nervous my thoughts become automatically english.
@ZerkaaClips he's gotten better. He said it's easier to think in English now. But before, he only thought in French and then had to think about how to verbalize the translation to English.

He’s first language is french, plus he has strong ADHD issues which makes it harder. At the end you get all these golden pepega clips from the juicer.

My home language is Afrikaans, but I was schooled in English, but sometimes I'd be like mid sentence and forget which language I was speaking, so I have to start over, or I throw in a few umms or if my brain melts bad I stutter.
english is my second language and i do think in english. but speaking and thinking is a different thing bc i tend to forget words when i speak
I'm half French, half English and I think in both languages. In a way it's a pain because I sometimes get words from the wrong language while I'm speaking. It's especially bothersome when your in the middle of an important conversation and you can't get the word to pop in your brain.

To answer your question Josh. I’m Dutch but most of the time I think in englisch but it really depends on what people like I guess
I'm fluent in multiple languages... I was born in Beirut so English, Arabic, and French are just the basics.
However since i think in English and having lived most of my life in the US, i stutter really bad when i speak in Arabic and French even though im completely fluent.
What happens is that my brain is working overtime translating what i'm trying to say from English to whatever language i'm trying to speak, so my mouth literally doesn't have time to catch up.
I speak arabic with my family, but my english is much stronger just due to growing up in London. My arabic isn't that great and I think in english whenever i want to speak arabic to my parents

im algerian we study in arabic till high school then in college we switch up to french , our urban language is a mixture of both
