I made this over the last two and a half days. I used “I Love This Yarn” from Hobby Lobby (with an I hook) and colors, Cherry Blossom & Linen. I only did one row of the DC then the FP & BP DC on the border. It might be my favorite blanket I have ever made. It is so pretty… even elegant with the antique colors I chose. I’m very proud of it!! ♥️ Thank you for the very easy to follow tutorial! ♥️ 🧶 ♥️

I just discovered your wonderful channel because I just got back into crochet and I was looking for a baby blanket as a beginner to crochet for my best friend and found this channel and saw this beautiful blanket! I’m doing this blanket right now! Thank you so much! I know that you were wondering if your explanations are not clear enough for us to understand but it’s clear enough for me and I understand it all. I’m halfway through the blanket right now so you’re doing well at explaining how to make the crochet stitches! Thank you so much for all your wonderful tutorials and the beautiful projects! I am still just learning how to do blankets, so this has been very helpful for me and I can’t wait till my best friend sees this baby blanket for her brand new grandson!

I love this pattern, it is so simple and she explains it so well, even though it looks complicated when it's done. The only thing I do different is when I switch colors, I don't pull through the color I am finishing with in that final loop of the final stitch. I trim the color and leave a tail, then use the new color to pull through the last loop and begin my next row. Then later I weave in the ends, but there are no knots.

@@catherinesestier3704 This yarn is Scheepjes Whirl color 558 Shrinking Violet. I picked it up in the mail today. I think the yarn is too thin. Fits better even with a scarf 🧣. I need to buy new yarn for the blanket.

I'm just doing this blanket in lemon/white i love this pattern its so easy to follow and looks beautiful, i have done a slightly smaller size 90 chains but its big enough for a pram topper keep your pattern coming i love them all, wish i knew how to upload some pictures on here i could show you my finished product..Could other users who've made blankets from your patterns upload their photo's to show us would be great ....xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
