Matthew, I have been at my ex-wife and her husband's house the last 6 Thanksgivings and Christmases. It makes it so much easier on kids and grandkids when they don't have to worry about celebrating several times in different homes. Stay civil with her and it will make things so much easier on everyone.

It's not weird to be sociable with the mother of your child, it is healthier for your daughters development to see her parents getting along even if they can't be under the same roof. It's not weird at all to do things with your ex and kiddo. I did that with my kiddos (3 adults now lol). It was about them not us. Yes it could be weird feeling at times but I just kept everything honest and up front (not always appreciated by him lol). Matt, I think doing mommy-daddy Christmas and other holiday things together with your daughter even though you two are not “together” is very very good for your daughter. You are teaching her about families. There are all kinds of family styles in the world now. You are doing a magnificent job as a daddy! Stella was so cute on the dash! And those tacos were a hoot! I bet they tasted good though!
I've tried those Taco pockets. They're a little small, but that just means I can eat 3-4 at a time. LOL! The trick is to put a little cheese at the bottom, then a little sauce, then the meat and ect. This way the cheese caps any leakage, the sauce coats the cheese, and the hot meat melts the cheese. Now, you're not left with dry, plain tortilla butt at the last bite. LOL! Awesome video! The Lambchop song (the song that never ends) was my go-to song when I was rocking my babies in the middle of the night... because it required no thought and you just kept repeating it. LOL Also, both you and mom doing Santa photos is not weird, it's admirable. My brother-in-law and his ex co-parented similarly when his kids were young, and his current fiancee is similar with her daughter's dad. They all take the kids trick or treating together, and stuff like that. Good for you guys!

We sang it harmony ( if that’s what you call it) when we were on camping trips to entertain younger kids who were giving their parents a hard time about getting the sand & surf off in a not always so private setting. Our cousins would disown us & we were free to be Gorks. Not a bad deal. The kids Would cooperate & laugh at our voices parents back then probably considered us a bit different I mean it was all flower power. It brings back memories. But it still makes me older than dirt. How about cutting the tortilla along the crease then it will be like a regular flat tortilla that is assembled the usual way. Nice to hear that you and the ex can do family stuff with you little girl. They grow up so quickly.

Here’s a taco making tip for you…… when using the “pockets “ for your tacos…. When you put the lettuce in add a little hot sauce to it or your taco sauce on the lettuce this way when you get down to the end, you got a little flavor on the rabbit food also may want to put a little cheese and lettuce together and then put the sauce on it this way guess I’m better at the end.😊👍🏻👍🏻🌮🌮
Just a suggestion but you might want to hold it sideways and layer each item in with a spoon or thin spatula....😉 or mix all together first like a salad & then slide the mixture into the pocket 👌
Hi, it's me the A-hole. Try Tostitos Tortilla Chips Restarant Style. Brown the meat in a frying pan, drain the fat, add the cheese, and then the veg. Easy noch's, eat rite out of the pan. I gave up on the pain in the a.. toco's along time ago.

GM trucks with the tried and true 6.0 L V8 gas guzzler, is a fantastic engine except the fan belts which OEM wear out & ppl change their batteries & alternator for nothin but tightening 3 bolts. Gezz here on Van-isle we had a blizzard yesterday with over a foot of snow at 37 feet above sea level & it's going to melt by Monday 😀😂Next time fill taco's while in a cup.

When you put the lettuce in add a little hot sauce to it or your taco sauce on the lettuce this way when you get down to the end, you got a little flavor on the rabbit food also may want to put a little cheese and lettuce together and then put the sauce on it this way guess I’m better at the end.😊👍🏻👍🏻🌮🌮

GM trucks with the tried and true 6.0 L V8 gas guzzler, is a fantastic engine except the fan belts which OEM wear out & ppl change their batteries & alternator for nothin but tightening 3 bolts.
