@@GoodestKitty Put your foot on the bottom storage tray and the padded handle (by cup holder) pressed up to your chest or stomachs then at the same time put your finger in each red latch and pull at the same time. If it is used, it wouldn't hurt to hit it with wd -40. So simple I almost broke it numerous times thinking it was more complicated than what it was. Hope this helps. Try it with no baby in it. Lol
