Easy run, none of the exotics are necessary but do help. Charged with Light isn't necessary either. Be sure to have overload and anti-barrier mods. Secondary and Heavy weapons are chosen for Arc and Void shields on trash.
The Hydra at the start will teleport away and can surprise you in the room after the stairs so be aware of that. At 3:06 I run up and go back to trigger one spawn of trash and Champion Hobgoblins, then at 4:46 again to trigger Wyverns. After that its smooth sailing.
I save Nova just for the final boss to nuke it and be done. You could probably try maybe a Nezarec's Sin with Ashes to Assets if you have it / high intellect to get two Novas. Good luck, easy Exotics farm.
