You got the "sexual misconduct" thing wrong. She was only accused by Josh Kloss. The Georgian journalist was just saying it as a parody and apologized for it later (her article was meant to show that anyone can say anything). The incident in American Idol was talked about by the people, not by the contestant. Actually he said that he agreed to it backstage.
