I had two parts of Silverbolt and one on Highdive break. I got in touch with the retailer (ShowZ) each time and got replacement parts. It took a couple of months to receive them.
The thread for this set on TFW2005 is interesting. The opinion there is that the shoulders of Silverbolt *will* break eventually, as the ratchet gear is hollow. This is due to incompetence at the plastic moulding stage. There is a video there detailing how to open up the shoulder to check the joint. Apparently, the replacement joints are made correctly.
Well let's hope bombusbee.net will do the same

This thing is garbage. I got the fifth bot yesterday, assembled the full combine mode, and the whole thing is junk. There is weight and stability issues throughout, the arms are two different lengths on top of there being nothing holding the arms in securely so they fall out easily. The whole thing barely stands up without performing a very carefully articulated balancing act. All of that before we even get to the problems with transforming the individual robots and all the pieces that break during.
This is why I post videos raw so everyone knows what they are buying
@@freakenstein1984 It's a real shame because I was so excited to complere this set. The aesthetics of the figure(s) is great but holy hell every part of these bots frustrating. they're not even fun to transform.
@CagedRot I kinda liked how this one transformed but maybe it's because I did 4 already lol but yes I can't believe how this went
Dream star toys has not fixed the issues with blitz bolt. It there machine they have not fixed and them rushed through this project
