I still love the concepts behind these figures, but the amount of reports coming in about nearly every figure having massive QC/tolerance/paint issues and that's it, that's all you get, Hasbro literally can't replace it what's broken as that's all that was made has been ridiculous (Soundtrack is from FTL by the way in case anyone is curious)
Hasbro are running out of ideas.
Your so very right @Lazy Eyebrow
Earthrise is smaller than siege, earthrise has alot of lack of quality control and was lazy
@Robotato I'm sorry to hear about that.
I haven’t even gotten a earthrise figure, and I was going to get earthrise runamuck, and runabout, and this isn’t giving me the best impressions
You know how we say Earthrise is just like a mini-masterpiece line? Well Masterpiece has been pretty notorious as of late for all it's QC and breakage issues, so I guess Earthrise is just trying to be authentic, lol
More you pay the more issues you get

I find it interesting that earthrise does have a lot of issues and then you look at ss and they seem fine.
Lazy Eyebrow mentioned an SS Bumblebee having issues, actually.
I've had a few issues with all the SS figures i've gotten (except for 86 Hot Rod). Heli Dropkick and Beetle Bumblebee just refuse to stay tabbed in all the way in alt mode. Mercedes Drift being a repaint of a pre-existing shellformer was also a huge turnoff for me. Keep in mind that was a Christmas gift, I had no intention on getting it for myself. The baby dinobots were cute though!

"And THIS guy got two left heels! Huzzah!"
Funny. I have a Classics Bumblebee with two left fists. So if nothing else, it's not like this is a NEW problem.
The only problem with Earthrise that I'VE run into is Doubledealer being a bit floppy, which I'm going to try to fix with a little nail polish in the joints.
Speaking of classics, I had so many issues with classic seeker molds, I ended up throwing most of them away. Nosecones and feet being the biggest issues. I still have a couple of KOs of SW and TC though, and the official hasbro TC with the paint variant is still in one piece.
Also, earthrise should've been longer like we should've gotten earthrise sideswipe molds and hound molds. Earthrise shouldn't have been the shortest line so far.
Distribution and scalpers are my bigest frustration. They need to reprint this series.
About sunstreaker's colour matching
I thought we had accepted that hasbro can never colour match yellows
Hasbro color matched yellow back in the 1980s....how can so much go backwards with all the technological advancements? I’m pretty sure the internet broke Hasbro......maybe if they got off the internet and actually paid attention to their jobs things would be better.
This feels like a problem with them moving their factories to Vietnam or some other southeast Asian country where people will work in sweatshops for the dollar. Combined with the cost of plastic and a global depression, and the inflation we've been experiencing without an increase to wages, yeah, this is definitely not acceptable. A product as expensive as some transformer toys, especially the masterpiece line, should not be having this many issues.
I'm sort of glad that I haven't bought a transformer in a long time, since if this was my main hobby and source of entertainment I'd probably find myself in a pit of despair.
Why did they have to move to Vietnam?
@@chasformer3091 Probably to keep costs down so they seem more profitable, since those countries usually have less lax regulation and labor laws.
I have bought a lot of Earthrise toys, the situation is not that bad at all tbh.
@Mr. Al Sure, I'm just sharing my own personal experience as a budget collector. No excuse for for QC issues but I just wanted to share because this post's last paragraph is very exaggerated blanket statement, as if MAJOR QC issue will always happen in every bought figure cus if thats the case there should be a hell lot more angrier sets of consumers than they are now.
So, in a sense, I'm not trying to downplay the issue. Rather I'm trying to downplay the "overplay" of the issue by the original poster here if that makes sense haha
As much as like Earthrise I’m inclined to agree
yeah sadly
Hate to say it but Hasbro might as well delay Kingdom and Rerelease Earthrise as a whole
Edit: BY RECALLING THE WHOLE DAMN LINE

@@skeetyboot Thanks! Literally describes how much i abuse critical hits in team Fortress 2
I agree with you but mostly only because I've never seen the wave 2 or 3 deluxes.
Same they should recall the whole line , not make the majority exclusives( cone heads, prowl, iron hide, rachet, barricade, counterpunch , etc and minimize two packs) then fix these problems over the course of a few months a YEAR if they have to then mass realize them and BAM hasbro is golden
I wish that were possible. But I doubt it will.
Also the figs being all exclusive is another problem.
I HATE with a passion target exclusives I couldn’t complete multiple collections due to either eBay not having them or it costs the same as a freaking lambo same with amazon they’ll probably inflate more earthrise figures
@@kenway-motions2544 exclusives are just stupid in GENERAL no matter what the toy is.
It really sucked with Ironhide. I had to sell my Siege one and multiple other figures earlier in the year to get some cash and now him and the Earthrise one are so expensive

It's really weird to see these figures break when you breathe on them wrong. I love transformers and I really want to actually play with these figures and I fear I can't which is really sad.
Gotta love how they’re going to increase the prices for Kingdom again.
I believe it was only the deluxes that are going up in price. Lucky ss86 still has deluxes for $19.99
My country's coin keeps devaluating, so that hits EVEN HARDER here, Combiner Wars deluxes were around 300 mexican pesos, deluxes from Earthrise are 550 mexican pesos, even without knowing what the exchange rate is, that's practically twice as much :(
@@NightmareZerogbs as a Canadian like lazy we feel that too trust me.

I remember back in 2015-2018 deluxe/warrior prices were like 30 bucks but now WFC Deluxes are $35 while exclusives like ER Bluestreak were 39.99.
And yet they're still going to increase the price of deluxes again.
MaYbE yOu WeReNt GeNtLe EnOuGh WiTh YoUr FiGuReS. Maybe a figure shouldn't disentragrate in my hands because I did the thing it is supposed to do
Additionally, these figures are also supposed to be played with by kids that aged around 7-10 and they are definitely NOT going to be gentle with these figures. So that argument of being gentle with figures is irrelevant when you consider the fact that they should be designed to withstand being thrown around.
This comment is even sadder when you realize transformers used to have diecast parts as just regular parts of the everyday consumer level figures...

Thank you for telling us this.
Great Video, I lucked out and didn't have the breakage issues but did have missing parts that I was able to replace with store returns.
Except my damn Super Megatron.
A lot of what you touched on hit the nail on the head, great figures and concepts....put together in the cheapest way possible.
I can definitely agree it’s super frustrating on all fronts. When the toys come, even with QC issues, can still be fun, but these issues shouldn’t really be a thing since they know better (or at least they should). A whole other issue this year as well has been distribution. It’s been so incredibly difficult for lots of people to get nearly anything past wave one. And with half the toys being exclusives? It’s all just been not great. I’m still gonna work toward making my collection what I want it to be, just this years been all sorts of messy
Anyone remember the old RotF and Animated toylines? I miss those days
The QC, the exclusives and the price hike they jabbed us with when Siege started have made me really cut back on what I even try to find.
All these QC & other issues, while deluxes have reached their highest price-point YET (US market). Can see why so many fans turn to 3P
Issues I’ve experienced:
Arcee’s loose hip joint.
Astrotrain’s knees are too loose that when he has the backpack he falls over.
Megatron’s head gets stuck when pushing it down while transforming, which I assume why the head eventually broke off when it fell over. So I had to get a new one; and when trying to push up his tight head, one of the pegs that keep his head on broke off.
Prime’s upper torso won’t peg on all the way.
Starscream’s Wings will pop off during transformation.
Doubledealer’s legs will pop off the mushroom pegs sometimes, and his arm can’t hold his gun up.
Alot of the 5mm ports on Shockwave’s armor won’t hold the pegs right. (even though he’s siege)
Other non-QC issues include:
Arcee’s face not being painted
The bridge of Optimus Prime’s nose not being painted
Megatron’s face
All the FREAKING EXCLUSIVES (Especially when it comes to Amazon)
And finally...
Scalpers wanting 100+ dollars for the coneheads
I can agree with a lot of this. My Trailbreaker's arm was so tight, I broke a piece off the roof trying to transform him. That was day one out of the package. I've been having issues tabbing multiple figures together in vehicle mode and had just assumed it was me doing something wrong. Hell, I had trouble getting Lifeline and Elita-1 into vehicle mode (Arcee, not so much) at all!
I got an earth rise Bumblebee and he was missing one of his pieces to his rocket launcher.
My brother also ordered Optimus and after one time of him transforming Optimus it started to develop stress marks under the truck panel, not to mention during transformations of Earthrise Optimus the head wouldn’t fold in properly and would scrape the paint off of the head revealing red, I’ve also had many problems with siege figures, such as Starscream: one day I was transforming him and the connection point between Siege Starscream and his wings snapped. Although with that problem I just used some plastic glue it was still irritating none the less.
These are my main problems with Earthrise and Siege Transformers.
God has been kind to me, I haven’t had a single issue on my figures, so far
I feel like ive been lucky as well. I did the fix for grapples rear pegs when having to file them down a bit so they dont get stuck. Also been cautious of ape faces shield , by not plugging it all the way in for jet mode (apparently you can snap the peg if it goes too far in).
Unfortunately my wheel jack has the window problem, my Cliffjumper has the shield peg problem, and my hoist has just terrible joints
Only issue on mine is my Cliff's arms won't stay in place without the back attachment.
I recently got Smokescreen and this copy wouldn't completely seal up into car mode. I decided to get another copy from another store and it didn't have the same issue! I compared the two figures and I noted that the one that wouldn't seal up had this massive bump in the plastic on one of the connecting pieces/hinges attached to the roof of the car. This bump presses up against the port for the gun to go into and this keeps everything from sealing together nicely. If someone can shave that down then they're probably golden because the second copy I got was perfectly smooth in that same region. If @The Lazy Eyebrow wants pictures I got them.
Also kinda happy in a way that my Cliffjumper isn't the only one with a loose backpack. But I am grateful his backpack at least stays on, it just doesn't feel as solid when I grab him around his torso.
Lol "planet you". I'm gonna still that.
Steal I meant 😆
Now Earth rise ironhide and prowl are expensive now and I’m disappointed in hasbro now I really wanted er ironhide
Same here. I almost picked siege ironhide but held out for ER. Now i have neither.
I did see someone sell er ironhide separately but it was $100 NOT HELPing
i like Earthrise but the QC, parts forming, the amount of exclusives, the feel of the plastics have brought down.
Could you kindly stop complaining about partsforming even though it's been in the toy line since the very beginning

Actually, as it stands now only 8.
Correction on the pegs for Grapple: That is not a quality control issue, that is a straight up design flaw.
To quote DrLockdown: “If you take a look at the pegs designed to hold the truck together, you’ll notice they’ve hollowed them out to cut back the cost a bit. This has caused a small part of the peg to jut out at the bottom, creating a sort of toothed design. That in itself is no cause for concern, but then you take a look at the holes at the bottom of the feet. You’ll notice they’ve added a nice bit of rivet detail on the inside, pretty cool right? Well here’s the problem. In doing so, they’ve put panel lines at the circumference at the bottom creating a groove for the peg to lock into, with no clearance for the thing slot out, once it’s stuck in there, it’s permanently stuck in there.”
I have most of the earthrise figures, luckily I haven’t had most of these issues. I think I’m just overly happy with how good they look, as “mini masterpieces”. The mismatching colors really doesn’t bother me as much as I feel like it should, same with the ironhide/ratchet feet. However this video is seriously valid. I feel like earthrise could’ve been so much more than it was. The exclusives definitely didn’t help. I feel like the state of the world could have had a big part in some of this stuff. Here’s to hoping kingdom has less qc issues. I feel for the people that got these issues. I’m glad someone made a video on it. Love your channel btw.
My QC issues:
Chipping on the seeker head.
Warped left foot on sunstreaker.
ER Trailbreaker had no tolerance in his arms or legs.
Snapdragon's headmaster paint stripped.
MY VERY EXCLUSIVE RATCHET had wrapped paint bubbles everywhere that had to be removed.
Hey, it's my thumbnails! 😀
Really great video! I've noticed the same drop in QC over the course of the last year. I hope they get their stuff together with Kingdom.
Also a problem I had with Starscream was a giant glump of plastic that sat in his elbow between where the two parts were connected by a pin. It bent the plastic in the wrong way, and had I not removed it, he would not have a functional, if not unbroken elbow. Unfortunately I was too caught up in fixing it that I forgot to document it
4:26 that happened to my copy of Starscream as well
It doesnt bother me much but it happened to mine as well
I had my ironhide come with cracking hinges on the windshield. It's mainly because the factory workers just gave up and the figure isn't assembled correctly. So if you want to tab in on both side for that windshield, you have to twist it slightly. And we all know how brittle clear plastic is
Makes me glad that I skipped most of these guys. The only one that I bought was Optimus who, thankfully, doesn't have any problems on my copy. I hope this isn't a sign of things to come in Kingdom and SS86; I'm actually looking forward to a lot of those lines.
Here's a few issues I've had:
ER Grapple pegs breaking off, one 3 days after getting the figure, one a month later
Buzzworthy Silversteak's back hood broke off when I was literally UNBOXING HIM. I had to glue it back on (luckily, theres a panel you can glue it onto without affecting transformation)
And last that I can think of, my Earthrise Optimus Prime's truck mode cab doesn't tab down, and his legs don't stay together.
I cant stop saying “thank you” like you (in a normal intro.) lol
The exclusivity is terrible.
Wal-Mart is constantly horrible at restocking.
As soon as Bumblebee went available online, it sold out immediately. And looking for it in store is almost impossible with an almost constantly empty toy aisle. And need I add that the Wal-Mart website has never restocked.
I think having high standards for something you spend your own money on is not at all "being negative", I think toys are too unimportant to have low standards for.
I haven't experienced a lot of these issues,as I only have ER Prime, but after spending months tracking down ER Prime, I noticed virtually every issue you mentioned for him except with the feet, including an additional issue. The hinge that is used to form the top of his chest started suffering stress marks the very first time I transformed it.
I also noticed that the paint almost immediately began coming off of the back of his head and it's almost at the point where I'll have to repaint it.
This sucks because I adore this design.
I feel like a strike is in order to make these guy get their stuff together. for the buyers.
I also have a problem with my prime that when I flip the knee caps the cab of the truck won’t sit flush on the truck bed (btw this is the WFC Netflix release, but the 2 molds are practically the same)
SAME its so annoying, I gat the kingdom too and its the same
I can forgive sunstreaker a bit, yellow is admittedly a very hard color to get right, and even though the QC on all my figures have been fine, I can’t deny ER has been a QC nightmare
Almost every reviewer has mentioned some of these things, thankfully I've not really experienced any of the variable issues (except Hoist's super loose joints) but I and I'm sure many others appreciate you standing up and pointing these out honestly quite unreasonable q/c issues👍
The engineering and look of the figures still manages to wow me, but with the number of issues with my ER figures makes me not want to "play" with them. I'm fine just leaving them on a shelf, but unlike my Siege collection, I'm hesitant to handle them. I don't ever want to transform them because I fear breaking them or chipping paint.
Same when ever I transform my arcee I feel like I’m gonna break it and it scares me.
I feel the same but at the same time feel the transformation has become rather tedious and not fun anymore. Specially for the SS line and I have a bunch.
I play with my Earthrise figures a whole bunch with my bro, there's not that much issue tbh and we play them quite rough. The only paint chip issue I've had is with Optimus but that's only cus we've played with him so much so it is inevitable, natural and it's quite minor all things considered.
One note about Gigawatt. The Mr Fusion not clipping in correctly is an easy fix. You just need to apply a lot of pressure the way it's supposed to go. The tire is easy to understand though.
For me it's extra plastic getting in the way. I trimmed it and it fits better but still not snugly. It bothers me. Seriously considering taking it back amd exchanging it
crazy how Kingdom fixed everything, I mean there are no exclusives
*laughs in Kingdom Red Alert*
At 5:24 the image of the cab not connecting is because the knee panels haven't been unfolded properly, however mine does still struggle to connect there even with the panels out.
A wheel on my Wheeljack doesn’t work. It bugs me.
@@mmarvel2003 ah yes for his alt mode he goes under decepticon cars and pushes them slightly off the ground
i had the same issue, it had some extra plastic on it that i cut w some gundam clippers, doesn’t roll well still and now they’re a little loose
My ER prime had the whole "chest doesn't sit flush" deal going on. His right shoulder/cab area always clicks just out of place. His right kneecap was also inexplicably glued to the leg so that it couldn't open, which was odd since that area shouldn't have glue at all. I managed to fix it by luck with a knife, a thumb tack, and some super glue, but I shouldn't have needed to spend 3 hours whittling away at a knee joint.
People asking why I haven't bought an Earthrise figure yet. Me:
After hearing about the issues about grapple Just to be safe I don’t push the pegs in all the way and have to use a flathead screwdriver to gently separate the head piece from the feet during transformation
all I have to say is I've been very lucky with mine. knocking on wood as I type this.
My cliffjumper's shoulder would have fallen down, so I need the backpack to keep his shoulders up.... but now that peg is starting to be loose
The only earthrise figure I have in collection is wheeljack, and a while ago, your arm simply disengaged during the transformation, and it was very difficult to fit.
Thank you for posting this. I'm lucky I haven't had any issues with my Earthrise figures, but I will keep all of this in mind. I'm ok with the Botcon version Bugbite so I don't need the Earthrise version. Same with the Thrilling 30 Arcee. Paint issues I can live with. Finding an Earthrise Soundwave, Bumblebee, and Thrust are now my only issues.
UPDATE: Only missing Earthrise Thrust.
Great Criticisms! I feel like I suffer for loving the Hasbro mainline toys
QC issues I have with Earthrise:
Earthrise Optimus Prime’s head becomes loose and floppy, but only at certain angles. If you look at his head from above, Southeast and Northwest are really loose, and there’s a bit of paint missing inside the chest windows; only on one of them. The pin on his right hand falls out if you move the fingers.
ER Cliffjumper’s backpack is loose because the peg doesn’t hold into his back. I have to use tweezers to pull out the black peg on the backpack. The tolerances on basically all his joints are bad.
ER Sky Lynx’s wings don’t tab in.
Siege Skytread’s tank mode doesn’t hold together well and the turret doesn’t stay in. (Edit I fixed the tank mode, see my video about how I fixed it.)
ER Smokescreen’s roof panel doesn’t like up quite right with the back windows. After one transformation he got a stress mark on one of the pegs and now he can’t transform entirely. He also has a green splotch of paint on the back of his head.
ER Starscream seems fine so far, but I haven’t been able to get him to jet mode. I think this is more of a me problem and not the figure, because I think I’m doing something wrong. (Edit: ‘tis my fault, I was just struggling with the transformation; mine has no QC issues)
It’s kind of jarring because I got a few ER figures for Christmas, as well as POTP Rippersnapper. All my ER figures have had at least a little QC issues, and Rippersnapper is near perfect.
At least my BotBots are fine.
Thats why im scares to buy these "they look good" do
My wheeljack only had half the front bumper painted
Doubledealer had his lower leg pop off when transforming which resulted in needing to take it apart to put back on.
Runamok car windscreen/roof can't tap in at all.
I think I have 2 others had missing paint.
I’m really worried about getting my own Ironhide and prowl now :I and I have the same loose backpack problem on Cliff sadly :c
I dont have that issue with my Cliff , on mine I cant get his back pack to sit flush when in vehicle mode .
Well that's easy as fixing a loose ball joint. you can thicken the peg or the hole which the peg goes into(depends on which part is the problem) by using super glue.that will hold the backpack more securely.
I definitely have had some issues like this, so far among what you mentioned my doubledealer has a really loose arm, hoist has loose legs, my startscreams wings fall off a lot and lifeline is missing her little tail fin. Plus my gen selects smokescreens one ankle isn’t tabbed in and is super stressed out now on the plastic. It’s really unfortunate. Plus more recently my kingdom Megatron is the lastest issue with the one tail flap already showing stress marks and I have to actually cut down some of the soft plastic to make it transform but now I’m worried about the longevity of it.
Reminds me that my Studio Series 2007 Bumblebee came with two left shin guards
You are right @Lazy Eyebrow
My earthrise wheeljack left leg is kinda loose I have no idea how to fix it
But otherwise I do not have the windshield pegs problem but loose leg of left side
The inside leg pegs of my Optimus prime just broke off, just sheared right off the first time I tried to transform it, right out of the box
There is some color mismatch in my ER Smokescreen, too, namely the black parts: the wheel and most other black parts are actualy a little green in color, while the lower abdomen is pure black...
4:10 that happened with my copy of Grapple as well
Dang that happened to mine as well!
This may be extending into SS86 as well. The sides of Hotrods vehicle mode is held together by small clips at the ends of each arms pipes. Due to this, they're prone to snapping from the stress of pulling the front back.
Yea I agree, I love the new engineering that they put into most of these figures, but hasbro, where's the quality control?
For my Optimus Prime, I have had two QC issues. One is that the cab won't sit flush (like you mentioned in the video) and second is that one of his front wheels won't tab in in vehicle mode. So, I have issues in the truck mode.
I’d say about 75% percent of the figures most fans want(1984-1985 G1 characters) are some type of exclusive
I agree on that. I don't care about the kingdom series. Just van de G1 bots and no animals. Except the dinobots offcourse!
G1 is the best bc i don't like beast wars bc i love the 80s transformers so much thay are so cool i don't like beast transformers i love so much vehicle transformers & g1 have vehicle transformers & transformers war for cybertron earthrise is so cool bc they are literally renewed g1 transformers toys
and I'm only going to buy the g1 style transformers from transformers war for cybertron kingdom. Ps THE 80S STYLES ARE BACK NOT THE 90S STYLES. 🤨 and the transformers movie that will be released in 2022 go be a transformers movie in the universe of the transformers bumblebee movie and the transformers go back in the style of G1 like the bumblebee movie 🤨 beast wars SUCKS A LOT 🤨
@@marlonrvlogs I used to watch Beastwars as well but the nostalgic isn't that close compared to the G1. Maybe because I was born and raised in the 80's.
@@Georgie1106 i love the 80s so much for me is the 80s the best 📺📼☎️📻 the 80s are back in style in the 2020s 😎
Fun fact : my first Earthrise Doubledealer arrived with one of the arms not screwed in at the shoulders. Yep, the QC on the figure was so bad that someone on the assembly line, didn't bother to screw in one of the arms and it made it through QC checks.
Also, my first Kingdom Cyclonus somehow had the fist/jet exhaust section pinned into the forearm at an angle, causing the entire thing to shear the first time I rotated it for the transformation. In other words, the QC problems which plagued Earthrise, don't appear to be going anywhere anytime soon.
Yay I got featured for ratchet!!!
Wait that's not a good thing lol
In regards to Earthrise Prime not sitting right - it's to do with the pin on the top of his chest for the window section that swings outward not being inserted correctly and is a QA issue. I ended up getting two figures - one with the pin issue, and one that didn't have it.
Also, the paint on his head and arms is super fragile and will easily scrape off if you transform him a lot, or throw him into a storage box with other figures.
I can't possibly afford all of the Siege, Earthrise, and Kingdom figures since I chose to focus on Studio Series back in 2018 and everyone going around calling them mini masterpieces is really giving me a sour taste in my mouth.
Another big issue is companies like Amazon, that say you have the pre-order guarantee and you would think have enough while you're pre-ordering and you would think they would say currently unavailable when the amount that they have ordered is exhausted through pre-orders, cancel orders or continuously delay them with no sign of restocking or fixing it.
I've had my coneheads and Ironhide and Prowl cancelled by Amazon
Haven't opened any of my wfc figures, now I'm gonna treat them all like masterpieces, transform slow and carefully and hope nothing breaks
Never had a problem with any of my Transformers purchases until the War for Cybertron series released, so that does say something.
I knew about existing qc issues on previous lines, but always seemed to luck out when I'd get my copy... even when buying multiple of the same figure.
Today, it seems like I get a dud in every wave. Several of the issues you touched on were also affecting my purchases and with a lot of these figures being "exclusive" or the low distribution of the "final wave" syndrome and the fact that each individual figure has an extremely smaller shelf life than in the past makes it too difficult to find a replacement for a shoddy set.
I'm glad I'm close to finishing my collection. Seems like prices will be trending upward, while quality sinks downward.
Awesome video 👍
After watching this....I'm probably gonna skip a lot of these. This is just *so* disappointing to hear about
Optimus and cliffjumper are the best in the series.
Thankfully I haven't really had any issues with my earthrise figures breaking, except for one, and that would be arcee, the white plastic used for one of the joints that allow her front wheels to turn inwards is badly cracked, and will more than likely break off completely in the near future, and part of her thigh is just straight up cracked.
Because of this, I'm now very cautious about white plastic joints on earthrise figures...
4:28 I had this problem with my Earthrise Starscream.
We all do
@Robotato I do that as well
Hasn't happened to me yet but i've only had him for a few days
My Starscream also has lighter paint towards his front above the turbine where it turns pink. Kinda odd.
My starscream is perfect nothing wrong with the transformation and no paint chipping
My Prowl has alignment issues on the hood. It pops up a bit near the windshield where they separate. My Bluestreak doesn't have that issue. It has an issue in the back, where the roof pops up. I've seen two other reviews where they had the same problem. I cannot figure out what causes this. I'd love to fix it. Bluestreak's tires look better than Prowl's because they're painted. One of the inside leg panels pops off constantly if I move it. The black covering that only covers 75% of the gap in the bottom foot. My Siege Ironhide has a side door that falls off from the hinges on the leg. They refuse to pop into the pegs on the leg. Same with Walgreens Ratchet, on a leg but the hinges are stronger on those doors. I think my Earthrise Ironhide is already showing 'pink' wear marks in the plastic in certain spots and I've barely touched him. The back of siege Megatron's feet pop out of their slots. Those ankle platforms so he can stand. I only buy the G1 stuff or the 2005 guys, like Cog, Brunt, and Sixgun. I agree with Arcee's carmode but I like her robot mode. I wish her hoversled could peg into her arm and be a shield. I wish Wheeljack was white and not pea soupish. You make valid critiques. I love the design of these figures but I worry about how long they'll last. I might look into videos that have 'fixes' for these problems. Love your stuff. Thanks for posting this video.
