"executed" is too nice a word.
      This was a Hit Job.
      Those jerks were assassins.
The nerve of this director to non-apologize to the widow in front of everyone!
Not that it should be a shock: once 99% of people agreed to directly or indirectly support the lie that marriage and gender were "redefined" so they could score points and "go along to get along" it was open season for lies and tyranny.
No, if everyday Americans were willing to end this nightmare they never would have given up the Moral Highground and run from their duty as a human being to defend basic Principles, so badly in fact that they won't even define gender or marriage lest they "offend" perverts.

He illegally sold 150 firearms at least 6 of which have been used in further crimes and multiple ones of which have been purchased what would be illegally if not by undercover agents. The shady Republicans on this commiteee never mention any of this. He wasn’t just an airport administrator he was also an illegal arms dealer. He also fired at law enforcement officers multiple times first which 9 times out of 10 means getting shot at and shot in return most of the time ending in death. It is sad that he died and ast lest one officer was shot as well but he wasn’t an innocent victim.

In Biblical times marriage meant as many wives as the most powerful males wanted and as many teenage and younger male and female sex objects as they wanted as well. Then no wives or marriages for however many weaker males that left out. One male, one female marriage was a definition agreed to much later to keep those weaker males tied down and off the streets with nothing to do. And two people of opposite or the same gender is just another change in the definition of marriage. What does that have to do with this video? Nothing at all.

There were plenty of outpoints in the execution of the warrant:
      1) It was a search warrant, not an arrest warrant.
      2) ATF and FBI agents in full tactical gear arrived in 11 vehicles to execute the search warrant.
      3) ATF cancelled an earlier attempt to serve the warrant because Malinowski was not home. Those subject to search home warrants do not need to be present for them to be executed.
      4) Body cameras were not used.
      5) An agent taped over his Ring camera so Malinowski could not see who was there.
      6) The warrant was executed at 6:00 am to catch him off guard.
      7) Agents cut his electricity but used weapon-mounted lights, preventing him from being able to see who was inside his home.
      8) Agents did not announce themselves before or after entering.
      9) Agents kicked in his door causing Malinowski to attempt to defend his family against unknown intruders.
Malinowski was, for all intents and purposes, lynched to make an example out of him.

As LEO, I'm sure you understand that if faced with a choice between pursuing a dangerous situation and taking the low-hanging-fruit, you'd prefer the easier collar. We incentivize low effort, which means targeting peaceful civilians for minor infractions.
The only way to reform LEO across the country is to disband unions, create an automated system of transparency that makes body cam footage immediately available to the general public, have insanely high standards for mental/physical/emotional fitness, and then simultaneously pay A SHITLOAD MORE money (because now we are saying that your job will likely result in you getting murdered, and if you make a mistake there is no safety net). The only way you can attract new labor that is willing to take on such a position is to pay an absurd amount of money; otherwise who the fuck would want to be a cop if they're held to criminally serious standards with a system of oversight outside of human control?

That's what they do. They make sure there is always an "active investigation" for that reason, even when there isn't. I think most people that watch these hearings realize that there is no accountability and oversight is a dog and pony show, especially when it's the Democrats in the hot seat.

@@Sarah-im3lp Locals in Arkansas. ATF hired an informant to go buy a gun from Malinowski, then they had local police pull him over for MJ possession, then went to a judge claiming Malinowski was selling firearms that were recovered in a crime. That’s literally how they got the warrant. It was a total fraud and criminal misconduct on the part of the ATF agents. The question is, why did they target Malinowski, and Airport Director?

The ATF intentionally entered those people’s house expecting to have to kill someone. NOTHING in this situation necessitated all of those WILLING people to do a no-knock warrant KNOWING that the man would definitely not know what is going on and that he would try to protect his family! They knew this and yet did this NO-KNOCK warrant just so they can get off on using the tax payer funded military toys on citizens! This shit has to end NOW!

And they previously called off a raid because he wasn't home. The ideal time to serve a search warrant is when nobody is at home and the occupants are separated, like when he is at work and she is out shopping. The worst time is a no-knock when both will be home and they will be startled into a defensive posture. That proves that they intended to provoke a conflict.
