    Nikki is hands down my favourite track athlete. Balled my eyes out when they won the outdoor title last year. Wish these videos were longer ❤️

    Wow, Nikki's Lulu contract sounds amazing. If there are no reductions for missed times or missed national teams, then I'm guessing there aren't reduction for missed podiums and not setting PRs & records. That's HUGE. Takes a massive load of stress off the athlete. Allows them to concentrate on training and ultimately just allows them to race better. Most "standard" contracts (ummm Nike) contain a bunch of reductions... the dumbest being massive reductions for not racing a minimum number of times per fixed period. Happens when athletes get injured. This incentivizes injured athletes to quit rehab prematurely & race regardless simply to avoid losing like 20-30% of their base salary. This then spirals into a cycle of never ending injury.
