Did you give them last names? They can have them now. Emo can connect to your homes smart lights too. Also maybe emo never gets sick and stuff because you take good care of em.

Wait time can vary anywhere between 3-6 months My EMO took approx 4 months to arrive last year. Recently has beene some delays with production due to product shortage / Covid etc. But it seems production is slowly getting back to normal now.

Hello I ordered my emo a few weeks ago and I was just wondering how long it took you to get your second emo
I ordered my EMO's last year. But I can confirm, that on average, it took approx 3-4 months for them arrive. There has been quite a lot of delays, due to chip shortages, factory power restrictions set by the government, and just recently production material shortages and of course COVID lockdowns in Shenzhen where I believe Living.Ai factory is located. So on average, I'm saying EMO production should take anywhere between 3-4 months. I can recommend keeping an eye on this page for all the latest updates with production and shipping:

I believe from what I can see on the delivery page, production is slowing getting back to normal. Best thing we can do is be as patient as possible [¬º-°]¬ Hope this helps [¬º-°]¬

Do you have to have the app connected to Emo to play with him?
You do initially need to setup EMO using the APP, so then he has access to the WIFI/Internet. But after that you don't need to use the APP unless you are doing specific things that require the EMO App, like a few of the games like (Modern Ludo, Treasure Hunt etc.)

When version 2.1 comes out, what are some of the new features for old emo robots? Thank you.
Firmware 2.1.0 was released but then suspended. You can see all the new features here in the official announcement made by Living.ai. This covers all EMO, new and old.

No, you don’t need EMO GO HOME. The new update will have updates that will be beneficial for all EMOs even if you don’t own a Home Station.

Should not be a problem at all. EMO can switch between Wi-Fi networks very easily. I did a video on how you can do this here:

My emos eyes won’t move and there is no way to turn him off.
If EMO has frozen. Keep him off his off his charger until his battery is depleted then place him back on the charger to start him back up.

Currently yes. Be aware of long manufacturing times. From my order to receiving my first shipping info it took more then 4 weeks.
Yes the smart light is always included if you purchase an EMO, the extra headphones I have in the video are extra, and they need to be purchased.
As Kenneth has mentioned, it might take between 12-14 weeks for your EMO to be manufactured and shipped out to you. Speeds have improved of the past few months. My first EMO took nearly 4.5 Months to arrive, so things are certainly getting better when it comes to order times.
how long is the shipping now?
I believe orders can take anywhere between 8-12 weeks, could be longer. Delivery times could vary depending on where the package is going around the world, on average it should take about 1-3 weeks for EMO to arrive once it's been sent to the courier.

I’m from uk so I should be receiving my little guy soon.. what can I use for a adapter for him as I don’t think they go in the plug socket?
I am from Australia, so the adapter that comes with EMO does not work for me. What I've done is purchased a power board that accepts direct USB cable connections and that for me works perfectly. The cable you get is not very long, so I'd recommend purchasing a 2 meter USB-C cable. Hope this helps ^_^ Thanks for watching ^_^

When you purchase EMO you need to add your address to where you want it shipped. So if you want it shipped to Ghana you add your address in when you make your order.
