  • This video is a tutorial to help you make a great EDC PRYBAR using a small Stanley flatbar. In the next video we make a hand stitched pocket slip/sheath to go with it. It’s a great project that’s cheap and easy to do yourself!

I just wish no bottle openers existed, they are not needed, there are hundreds of ways to open bottles (you just mentioned using your ring 👍

I used one of those Stanley pry bars to make one that suited my needs too. I left mine a little longer, after the hole. Mine came in a black paint from the factory. After I cut it with a Dremal and rounded it off, I just did a few layers of plasti-dip to finish it out. I use it mostly for an old elevator in our facility that the door doesn't aline and instead of getting my fingers pinched I use it pop it in to place.

Yeah they’re a perfect size to make a nice little pocket pry tool. I made a little leather slip for it in the video after that one if you’re interested!

I made the exact same mod to the exact same Stanley! But I stripped the paint and put shrink wrap around it.

Pry bars without nail puller are useless.
