Ich habe noch 2 Töchter, die sind schon 33 und 32 Jahre alt. Also mein jüngstes Kind wird schon 30 Jahre 😂🎉. Aber was noch dazu kommt 😂🎉meine Katze ist im Februar schon 19 Jahre alt geworden 🎉❤. I watch one of your videos nearly every day. They calm me and motivate me. I am 70 years old and can’t imagine ever not watching your videos. I often watch them many times over. Debra. I totally agree with your statement. Any my home I leave Benitas videos run most of day..not only are they calming in the back ground. But,y 14 year old cat loves the voice , makes her totally relax, she tends to be nervous if I leave the house, so this helps immensely.

The clocks moved forward on Sunday, feel like spring is coming soon then before you know it, summer, yay! it makes such a difference, think it puts you in a good mood. Holidays are now booked so that is something to look forward to. Can't wait to see your summer house again and the changes you'll be making. Your video popping up brightened my day, thanks Benita!

I love that, I used to think the same thing about working through the week, but now I have certain days that I designate for certain things, such as Monday for all things admin, and Friday is my off day and I may do some work on Saturday by appointment only. The perks of being self-employed.

Oh, thank you for permission to chip away at big projects! I have over 25 meters of railings quite similar to yours, only terribly rusted. It took me almost 10 hours to strip and repaint just 3m of them, so clearly this will be my spring project. Not a weekender like I had hoped. And I'm with you on quarter-round. I think it looks lazy and catches dust too.
Doing it all at once would make it too much and I’d procrastinate on it for sure!😅

Weird, is it, to have a child of 30. My oldest becomes 31 this month, and the others are younger. Whenever I look at those giant children I am surprised they are mine. Love the gifts for Wille, will last him a long time. I'll call you in if I have to pack, okay, you are such an excellent economic packer!

We also had a few sunny days and I cleaned my balcony and gave away 5 big planters to a friend and downsized to 4 now and my balcony is ready to plant flowers, but today it is snowing off and on and rain, so guess we aren’t getting near our spring just yet. That was a nice rug and lamp for Willie for his birthday. Can’t wait to see what work you are going to do with your house with Willie and Victoria also.
Starting spring planting is always a bit of a gamble. Sun one day, snow the next. But how great that you did that decluttering!

I taped my bedroom base boards and ceiling off today in preparation for a new coat of paint. My daughter is on spring holiday and I don't get much done when she is home 😳, but she keeps me very entertained 😂.

You inspired me to finally hem my drapes today…or at least to start on them! The puddles on the floor were driving me crazy because they were forever getting bumped into and then the “puddle” became, well, I don’t even know what. It seemed like such a big task, but you have taught me to tackle a little at a time until the job is done. Thank you for that!

Very productive day.... organization is the key....I used a old piping bag...with filler in for sealing a gap....you can also use a food ba just snip off a corner and that can be thrown away...it helps to push the filler in further of the gap....but you did a great job anyway 😊. Thank you for sharing...I hope your son has a fabulous birthday 🎉 ...also your croaky voice get better soon 🙂
I tried using the filler in tube form too but prefer to smear it on.

Hey, Benita, I’m so glad you like your drapes just above the floor. So many interior decorators say the drapes should end right at the floor. Well, I measured the rod so the curtains would be right at the floor. My dear hubby moved the screws a tad above and well, we have drapes just above the floor. I haven’t hemmed them down (too much work 😊). By the way, nice to see you, it’s been a while. Too much politics over here in the US, ay!

Good evening Ms. Benita. I admire your crafty abilities. Sewing is one of those skills I’ll put into practice in September when I partially retire from my full-time job. I’m suffering from fibromyalgia and it’s an illness that robs the person’s energy entirely. I don’t bicycle as frequently as I would like to and when I get home, I’ do daily routine and go to bed. ( I do two things each day, per weekday). Happy birthday to your son on his 30th birthday. Blessings 🙏

For the floor gaps, in the US there is a small moulding, profile is a quarter of a circle, commonly known as shoe moulding. You could add it to your base boards even though you already infilled the gaps, for a cleaner finish. I love your channel!
That’s the quarter round that I mention in the video that I don’t like and also would be so awkward to put around the different trim😅

I have never commented before but look forward to your videos on Tuesdays. I find them so relaxing to watch. I knew it was your narrating but knew there was another factor that sets you aside from other videographers with similar channels. It is because you add music only to sections with no voice overs. Most have music competing with the narrative which can be overstimulating. I appreciate your attention to detail, content and narrative. Please continue doing what you do so well!
