Dear Sophie, Loved your comments. You're right ! KZ is working on a her own level that other artists can only dream of. Some people are afraid of things they cannot comprehend and cannot accept. Most people are terrified of drastic change in music or anything else. KZ is way ahead of her time ! The powers-that-be in the music industry is not ready for KZ !!! I still remember how Bob Dylan's music was first received, until the rest of them caught up with his vision !

An artist following her own. All the genre she put into it there is not a lot of people who can do it. Behind the scenes, after she sang there are music experts in a room, and they said it is very hard to do that, and it's up there for an international music. If people haven't experienced music like hers, they won't understand it at first. But because of the show, there is hope for artists like KZ to be known. I recently discovered an artist name Bjork because of one music lover mention how Bjork can work with KZ and work with her gift. I really hope to see more of KZ expanding her world, her music in another album >_

One thing i really admire about kz is her being professional. If you dont know she have a concert in a province here in the philippines. So she went there first but her crew, stylist , band accompaniment. All of her crew who will complete in her concert were all stuck in manila because of the xiamen airplaine incident in manila airport. So kz cried but still continued the concert. All the people help her during her concert that day were only informed within the minute. Her costume was only replaced that day minutes before her concert. Without her band she continued her concert 😭
I am happy that, the dissemination of information now is not controlled anymore by any broadcasting station such as television...because of youtube people can know and speak the truth ! kudos to CZcams

For me, I think she got eliminated because she's a great threat in the music industry like she's making songs her own, worst is that her cover is far more better than the originals. Another thing also is that, perhaps judges were looking for singers and KZ is someone better than a singer she is an Artist. Thus, I agree that the world is not yet ready for KZ, acceptance is so hard and we all know that 😅... I Love your reaction...😊🙏❤️♥️

She definitely set the house on fire- earning thunderous applause and standing ovation from the judges snd the audience. Yes..even Simon Cowell was impressed. in her interview in the Phils...KZ told that something happen with her and JJ ..KZ accidentally step-on the toe of JJ because of that JJ need medical attention so JJ went home to UK,thats why JJ did not perform in episode8 and JJ cameback on Episode9 where KZ was elliminated....but due to public demand KZ perform a special number on episode 10 which she sang "See You Again"

Technically, KZ was eliminated because she got the lowest percentage of votes of two episodes, not just one.
As for the reason for why she got those low votes, the answer is *art is subjective.* The two 500 judges/audience for each of those week simply liked other performances more.
To give you an example of the technicality, Jessie J scored 0% in the previous episode (she was absent due to her heart issue), but scored high in this episode, that she was saved.
For an example of the subjectivity of art, Huahua placed 5th in this same episode, which you may find odd. But, that's how it is with art. What you think is good, others may not, and vise versa. Singing is an art form, not science.
For me personally, out of all of her performances in "Singer 2018", including the non competing performances, this one is her weakest, followed by "Real Gone" from the previous episode.
Most of the times, my subjective preference for each week's performance were different than those of the audience's/judges'. Usually, well, the majority anyway, my pick of the "winners"/"losers" were off.
I was hoping for this usual difference of subjective preference to be the case. But, unfortunately, for once the judges agreed with me. I'm not the biggest fan of KZ. But, she's interesting enough that I did want to see more of her in "Singer 2018".

Let's start from the very first person eliminated in Singer 2018: *Li Xiaodong* (ep. 2). He returned in ep.3 for his "swan song". Then, the person eliminated in ep. 3 itself was *Sam Lee.* He returned in ep. 4. And so on and so forth. All the way to KZ in ep. 9 and returned in ep 10.
