EDIT: Okay to be less of a sarcastic prick you simply need to automate and or adjust the fine tuning on a sampler down to simulate a fairly similar effect. Most included sampler and drums racks with DAWs should be able to do this and even most hardware can too.

I remember my 50€ snare drum sounded awful out of the box. Tuned it, it sounded real good for 2 years, swapped the drum heads for some remo's and it was just all good until my basement got raided and they took it plus a whole set of 8 cymbals. Worst day of my life finding that basement completely empty
I'm sure it was a pretty terrifying experience, but reading "my basement got raided" only evokes imagery of a Fallout-esque world where they value music instruments enough to hide in a bunker and others raid.
