Memorial held for man shot and killed near Harrisburg Midtown Arts Center

A Steelton man shot and killed early Friday morning outside of the arts center was honored Saturday.
The community gathered at his memorial site to release hundreds of balloons in his memory.
It was an emotional day for many as yet another life was lost due to gun violence in Harrisburg.
