Smart, hot, sweet, humble, funny, talented... this man is the whole package, I always say it. And I agree with the interviewer, Benedict is one of the few actors that has that impression, that he disappears into his roles. In Sherlock for example, it's completely impossible for me to see Sherlock as Ben, and when I see Ben I can't see Sherlock. He is VERY talented

That's what I always say!!! I don't get when people say that ''I can't not see sherlock in him'' and I just don't know how because every SINGLE character seems like a different person. I can't see Khan in Doctor Strange, I can't see Sherlock in Khan and etc.
The more he talks, the more I like him! Intelligence, looks and education is such a compelling and attractive attribute!
A man with intelligence, class, humour, modesty.
He might not look like a pretty boy the first time you see him.
But these qualities along with his talent makes him the perfect actor who's unbeatable.
Did i mention his voice? it's like the sexiest voice on earth :")

I think he's wrong about that last question. He is actually one of the few people in Hollywood who won't stop being sexy because his appeal is based largely on talent and charm.
Other people will age and then they won't have their looks to hold it together, but Ben's sexy in an entirely different way and it's got a lot more longevity.

I love his interviews. Not because he's articulate and educated (pretty much every one is it's just a matter of utilizing it), but because he does not give short answers. Also, thank God for him saying that Ford was not "a good slave owner" because I kept seeing that online from fans and that just rubbed me wrong.
Clooney, Pit, Di Caprio? Yeah, they are the usual handsome subjects. Yet, Benedict has this unusual and beautiful physique, so mesmerizing...almost ethereal. He would definitely stand out among them. Add that voice, manners and eloquency, you've got yourself the hottest and most interesting man on Earth!

Sherlock.....his acting, it's great.....I never seen an actor who can do so like him...plus I am a sherlock holmes reader, he is really the modern sherlock, love his acting..........
He disappears in the characters he plays, he is no longer recognized as Ben! so true! he is a brilliant actor and so humble

Benedict really doesn't like his full name, especially his last name: saying it's like it sounds like a "fart in a bath". Most of his full name is from his dad. The first name is from his mom.

Tbh solange das "th" nicht kacke ist bin ich zufrieden. Der Interviewer drückt sich in richtiger Grammatik aus und man versteht ihn. Man muss kein perfektes, akzentloses Englisch reden. Auch British English bzw. American English ist ein bestimmter Akzent/Dialekt des Englischen.
Naja hab schon schlimmeres gehört...

Brilliant actor, with some generous replies to mediocre questions. I do wish interviewers would do some research on what questions have been asked and answered prior to interview. BC must be fed up trying to find different ways to answer the same questions over and over again. It must make him wonder what he has gotten himself into.
Very level head guy, who lets his work do his talking for him. Who will never get fobbed of with mediocre smoke and mirrors. I hope he goes on to do good work and not get pulled into the blandlness of celebrity and all its woes.
Well spoke, well educated, entirely adorable guy who is now finally being recognised for the amazing work he is doing. Not forgetting his unbelievable cheek bones and blue/green eyes. The giveaway for how talented he is at doing the understated. Watch the Bond like kiss he gave Molly in SH. Brilliant. Cumbermania is on the up and never has anyone so deserved the recognition as he does.

I sometimes feel he is sad that he wasnt recognized before, and now after sherlock /star trek , he has all this international attention...But i think its the way a role projects you that makes people sit up and listen ....

To bma yeah, that name is not easy to forget nor to remember, but the person when it comes to his craft who works with love and dedication will stay. You can forget the name but the person face and works will remain. Few men/women achieved it and he's one of them. See how he answered every questions thrown at him. He' s not blubbing but thinking how best he could answer those questions without compromising anything or anyone. Try that on others? Ever satistified?
