In my case I asked us to take a break, because we noticed I was becoming co-dependent & my mental health wasn't doing great but for the longest time I'd try to hold back from getting help, the break encouraged me to finally get help & turns out my depression & anxiety was serious. I'm on meds now & working on it with a psychiatrist although the progress is slow.. I did try keeping in touch from time to time by leaving comments on his posts.. I picked group 2. ….so a couple years back I felt a soul connection with someone, it was almost too heavy on my soul. Anyways he blocked me from everything and I struggled with my self esteem, self worth values everything basically for a long time. To be honest I was in a terrible situation, and than i lost my dad on top of it. So decided to move on with my life. Omg when you started voice-wobbling like you were going to cry, /I/ started to cry... 😢 I listened this with the view of my god/my main guy(guide) and in context, he has been more diatanced... partly so I can work on things myself and partly because "not wanting to overwhelm me with his emotion." And I think of ... even spirit guides, God(s), feel really BIG feelings about a humans wellbeing, or the connection, that can overwhelm the human.
