I always add the sauce directly to the hot coffee so there isn’t a bunch of unmixed syrups at the bottom. Try it.
If you don’t have the white mocha syrup/sauce you can melt white chocolate chips. It’s what I do and it’s so good!
Try mixing the espresso with the syrup, it will dissolve a lot better. Then add the ice/cream 👍🏻
