loving the setup!! hmn tipping is so dicey, I think it should be done based on getting a wonderful service like you mentioned, but its annoying that they add it everywhere making it look compulsory, like why am I going to buy ice-cream that they just scooped from the bowl and you are asking for a tip, its quite annoying. I think it should be done in such a way that the customer should be the one to mention they want to tip not the other way around.
My thoughts exactly!
While I don't necessarily think one has to go above and beyond / do anything special to receive a tip, I do agree that it should be totally voluntary and any kind of systemic (or otherwise) pressure to do so just ruins the point.
There is tipping in UK but is not compulsory
Meanwhile nobody is tipping me for my own work. Why should I tip you for doing what is your "work"
Exactly!
@LifestylewithJadesola I read a comment under a similar discussion and a waitress said with tips she makes a certain amount on the average and me I am thinking I don't even make that much
I click on NO TIP with my full chest, you can take it from my tax, I really don't care about side comments and countenance 😄😄
😂😂 I love it!
