    My answer was:
    The puzzle is that white's king is at Ka1 and black's king is at Kd8, both sides have a rook and a queen. Black's rook is at Re8 and White's rook is at Re3 facing each other. The black's queen is at Qh8 and the white's king is at Qg7. It looks like the white's king is pinned check by the black's queen, so the white's queen cannot legally move.
    So the white's rook is the only official that white can move. If blacks turn to play he would capture the white's queen. But since it's whites turn to play, white can do a checkmate in 8 moves by doing:
    1. White's rook goes Re3 to Rd3+ giving check to the black king, then Kd8 to Kc8 since that was the only legal move. then;
    2. White's rook goes Rd3 to Rc3+ giving check to the black king, the black king has two options. Move back to Kd8 or move to Kb8, if he chooses Kd8. Then white can do Qd7# equals checkmate. Since rook is blocking the pinned king now, the queen can legally move. Logically, black moves king to Kb8. then;
    3. White's queen goes Qg7 to Qc7+ giving check to black, then Kb8 to Ka8 since that was his only legal move. then;
    4. White's queen goes Qc7 to Qa5+ giving check to black, then king either goes to b7 or b8. Lets say black moves Kb8. then;
    5. White's queen goes Qa5 to Qb4+ giving check to black, Since black moves to Kb8 the king goes either a8 or a7, Lets say black moves to Ka7. then;
    6. White's queen goes Qb4 to Qa3+ giving check to black, Since black moves to Ka7 the king can go on b8, b7 or b6. Lets say black moves to Kb6. then;
    7. White's queen goes Qa3 to Qb2+ giving check to black, Since black moves to Kb6 the king can either go to a7, a6 or a5. Lets say black moves to Ka5. then;
    8. When the queen moves to Qb2+ it gives check to the black's king, but it's also protecting the white's king from the black's queen pinned check, since the white's queen is protecting the white's king now. The white's rook can legally move without the white's king getting check by black's queen. Then white moves rook Rc3 to Ra3# giving checkmate to the black's king since the black's king cannot escape, capture the checking piece (White's Rook) nor the black's rook and queen cannot protect the black's king from check. Giving the white a beautiful checkmate to black resulting white's victory. I just hope this was explanation was good enough. 😅😊

    The solution by the pinned comment and many others are correct. It is indeed mate in 8 at max. For those who are repeatedly asking, queen is pinned, if king moves back to d8 or if king moves out of eighth rank, here is the answer. The idea of the solution is, first put the white rook on the diagonal to release the queen from the pin, Rd3+ --> Rc3+ will do that. Black king can now be only on d8 or b8. If on d8 queen to Qc7 is mate. If king is on b8, maneuver the queen to b2 giving checks all the time from a or b files. Black king can move out of 8th rank, but not out of a or b files as c file is covered by the rook. The purpose of queen to b2 is to cover the b file as well as to release the rook on c3 from the pin. So that the rook can move to a3 to check mate the king no matter wherever it is on the a file.

    The solution is: 1. Rd3+; Kc8 2. Rc3+(unpinning his Queen against the King @ a1); Kb8 (Kd8 not possible because of Qc8#) 3. Qc7+; Ka8 4. Qa5+ Kb7 (or Kb8) 5. Qb4+; Ka6 (or Ka7 or Ka8) 6. Qa3+; Kb5 (or Kb6 or Kb7 or Kb8) 7. Qb2+ (finally relieving the Rook of pin against the King @ a1 to deliver the final touch) 8. Ra3#. The basic idea is: The White Queen is initially pinned against the K@a1. The Rook keeps giving a check until it reaches c3 square where the Rook gets willingly pinned in order to relieve the Queen. Then onwards, the Queen takes over giving checks alternately along the b & a files until it reaches the target square of b2 where it gets voluntarily pinned to relieve the Rook to deliver the final check & mate. Nice composition! :-)

    I may have an idea for the puzzle, but i’m a casual playeur so let me know if i’m wrong and where😁
    I feel like rook d3 is the best move for white, the black king is forced to c8
    Now rook c3: if the black king goes d8 again, queen c8 is mat, so he has to go b8
    Here i still do queen c7 (i can because my rook protect the line of the queen now)
    So black king a8 is forced
    And now i feel like white king a2 is right, because i can’t find a black move to conter rook a3 check mate, but i again i may be wrong
    Thanks for any answer on this 😊

    Basically the white queen is pinned so the rook must check twice the black king so that it unpins the white queen by blocking the otherwise discovered check on the long diagonal. Then, the queen comes into the game and the black king is either checkmated right away if he steps back to d8 or if he resists and tries to walk up the board then he is trapped in the a and b files. Taking advantage of that, the queen keeps checking until she manages to get behind the white rook on c3 (so she goes to b2) and then the rook delivers checkmate.

    Check to king by rook on D3
    King moves at C8
    move rook at C3
    King will move to D8
    Now, the last move is to place your queen to C7

    First understand the position of all prices. And then try to slove to mate in 8 move by playing white. I give here some notice that can help you to refute you the unknown logic move. White never have to play uncheck move. At the beginning move queen is pin 📌. So move no 1- Rd3. Kc8 force. M2-Rc3. If Kd8 then Qc7 is checkmate. Coz queen isn't pin anymore. If Kb8. Then M3-Qc7. Ka8 force. M4-Qa5. Kb8 or Kb7 force. M5-Qb4. If King at b7 then King have 3 options to escape. A6,a7,a8, no matter where King move. Same If King b8 no matter where King move on A file. Then M6-Qa3. No matter where King move on B file. Then M7-Qb2. Same no matter where King move on A file and then finally Rook is out of pin therefore M8-Ra3 is beautiful checkmate.

      More simple move on 1- Rd3. Kc8. Rc3. Kb8. Qc7. Ka8. Qa5. King to B file. Qb4. K- A file. Qa3. K- B file. Qb2. K- A file. Ra3. Checkmate. If still don't know 🤷 then leave to play chess and try to play 5 stone game...🤣🤣🤩

    I just love it! Explanation is just Imperfectly Perfect sir! 👍 well about the puzzle, First Rook check the Black king then the king will move aside , then now the white rook already blocked the black queen's pinning with The white king. And now the White queen can check mate easily with the support of the Rook. It ends in 3moves and not 8 moves. 🙌
