Hey Everyone, today we're checking out [M/V] SEVENTEEN(세븐틴) - Home [M/V] (Chinese Ver.). A lot of you guys asked us to react to SEVENTEEN HOME which just came out in Chinese! And so we had to do it :) This is the Seventeen Home music video which is the same in Chinese and Korean. It's just Chinese Lyrics! We have to say we really enjoyed seventeen choreography and seventeen dancing. And after watching this, seventeen is probably one of our favourite kpop groups so far :) Really good kpop mv kpop music video. “You made my darkness into dawn.” This message behind Seventeen’s 6th Mini Album, ‘YOU MADE MY DAWN,’ completes the narrative from the previous 5th Mini Album, ‘YOU MAKE MY DAY.’ The members of Seventeen contributed to the entire album by taking part in both composing and writing the lyrics, adding on to their genuine style and creating a stronger and deeper album. The artists continue to display their maturity by exploring different genres and styles of music.
The title track, “Home,” expresses the desire to present comfort to a loved one who has brightened the day when one was still in darkness. The emotional lyrics compare “home” to the mutual feelings of loved ones and how any obstacle can be conquered by relying on each other. The warm lyrics and delicate emotions expressed through the track looks to comfort the listeners.

Thank you guys for reacting to SVT!! A lot of people have explained why they are called that, so I won't bother with the details (but there really was 17 members before!). They are a talented group who PRODUCES AND CHOREOGRAPHS their own music!!
Seventeen was recently on a show called "The Manager" which tells the story of the manager's life of taking care of 13 children! They actually have to count off numbers for attendance (since debut cuz S.Coups needed it).
Their live vocals are no joke too! I recommend watching Tell Me, Adore U Acoustic Version, Beautiful Tomorrow (Cover), She didn't Love Me (Cover), Don't Listen in Secret (Live), Habit (Live), Pinwheel, and Smile Flower!
Their dancing is out of this world, I recommend watching the practice videos for Home, Getting Closer, Good to Me, Our Dawn is Hotter than Day, Thanks, Call Call Call, and Lilili Yabbay! There's also Don't Wanna Cry 2x speed on Weekly Idol, they are synchronization Gods!
Basically just go watch every single dance practice video and live 😂
They have been doing that since debut actually (counting number). Each of them has their own respective number. They talked about that a lot in past interviews. It's actually S.coups' idea to do that because it's him that needs to do that all the time. There's one too in One Fine Day 1st season.

OK i was literally scathing the wall cause they thought Seventeen has 17 members and that 4 other randoms were in finance(- _ -) Lemme help you guys out, so Seventeen has 13 and ONLY 13 members, split into 3 sub units (vocal, hip-hop/ rap, and performance) , and them being 1 group as a whole creates Seventeen. I think the meaning behind the MV and the overall song is that home is not a place but a person and this is why all the members are in different places (sea, etc.) and maybe like Seventeen want to be the home of their fans idk

So, majority in the comments already told you that there are only 13 members. Then they 3 units , Performance, Hiphop and vocal so 13+3 then 1 group. That's why it's Seventeen. There are 2 chinese members in Seventeen. Wen Junhui and Xu Minghao. Minghao is actually a dance trainer at Idol Producer season 2. They are both in Performance team. Hope you can check their other videos as well. Specially their choreography videos.

Seventeen actually only has 13 members. there used to be 17 but some of the members left. Now we say that they're called Seventeen bc there are 3 sub units, 13 members and they're one group which equals 17 (we only do this for the leader)
NCT is the biggest kpop group but 17 is the most synchronized. Learning their names is honestly the easy part. And yeah they never get bored cause one of them is always causing trouble. They're like a huge family

there were 17 of them. But before their debut, 4 of them left the group so 13 members remained. so they came up with 13members +3 sub units+1 group =17
First things first, seventeen is one of the biggest idol boy groups in Korea, but they are not the largest...that title goes to NCT as a whole. If u put all 4 of NCT groups (NCT U, NCT127, NCT DREAM, and Way V) together you get a total of 21 members, with the potential of getting more.
The is a reason to seventeen's name. First, there was 17 members when the were training. However, 4 members decided not to debut with them, so the is only 13 members. And the meaning behind the name is this: 13 members + 3 sub units + 1 whole group = Seventeen. The group named their fans (or fandom) Carets. Like carets of a diamond (17 caret diamond).

Thank you for reacting to Seventeen. And no, it's not 17 members, but 13 members +3 units+one team=17. Anyways, they are a self-produced group, which means that they take a huge part in producing/creating/choreographing, etc...in their music. And even though they are a big group, their teamwork cant be beat, especially in dance. They are known to be the Kings of Synchronization. So, I highly suggest watching their dance practices.

Thank you for your reaction. Seventeen consists of 13 members divided into three different units to display their specialization of expertise : hip hop unit, vocal unit, performance unit. All members have role in making all songs and choreography.
Woozi (vocal team leader) is a producer, and Hoshi (performance team leader) is a choreographer.
Dino (maknae) also makes choreography for song called Flower.
The different places in the MV is actually represent every MV they had released before, you got to check out every MV they had released that connected to which places..it's very fun experience..try to watch their MV and match with the scene..
The blue and white sweater guy is Dino the maknae / youngest member of the group. The knife jaw line guy is Wen Junhui or Jun he's a Chinese and both of them are in the Performance Unit (one of the 3 units in the group).
Seventeen was originally a 17-membered group called seventeen, but 3 of them left for personal problems and 1 left because he was too young-( his name is Samuel and he is a soloist). There are only 13 members left but they are still called Seventeen. Because 13 members + 3 sub-units (Vocal, Performance and Hip-Hop Unit) + 1 team = to 17. (I hope it all makes sense😁😁😂)

We all know seventeen meant to have 17 members but some of them left before debut. And the name seventeen actually means 17 guys with a average age of 17 years old. But since 4 members left the group before they changed it to become 13 members+ 3 units +1 team =seventeen . It's so surprised that u guys made a video reacting to SVT!!! They're so talented as the songs is composed themselves, written their own lyrics and be their own choreographers! Ok so some facts around, everyone else explained that they're actually 13 so
- "The rapper" yes he's half korean and half american, born in NY but he pretty much grew up in Korea so he identifies more with Korean culture
- He's not the only rapper! There are 3 more rappers and they form the Hip hop unit, it's just they're mostly singing for this song
-The other two units are Performance and Vocal.
- Knife Jawline is Chinese! His name is Jun, part of the performance unit
-There is other Chinese member, The8, also performance unit and "Mr. Abandoned"
-They're both really amazing so please look forward to them ;; you should check their performances at Chao Yin Zhan Ji
