My final day in the lakes, one of my favourite all time walks. A 10 mile circular walk around Derwent Water starting and finishing in Keswick.

We did the same route 11th September, it had been boiling the week before. Glad to hear your new shoes worked out OK. Great capture of the bird 🐦 song 🎵. The path can get a bit interesting depending on which you take.A couple of shots would have passed for Scotland. The return route is usually much quieter. If you're worried about getting lost may I recommend the OS app, it takes the worry out of it.
