@userplayer2 it really depends on where and what it's advertising. i'm pretty sure you have to pay for the billboard for a whole 2 months, and that might be it, but if they want to keep it up longer it could be more.
The cap is from a homax can. I know the guy who filmed it. Plus, if you go to google and type in, "Homax" and click on "homax products" you can even see a guy spraying the cap on the homepage...

i have one of these caps...i got it from like a kelly morre paint store or somthing like that...it was from a crach sealer or somethin, it was supposto have a needle in it but i didnt grab it...it looks just like a nyfat but it has a huge hole in it...crazy over spray but fun
It's a calligraphy tip with the red part busted out. It gives it pressure... you just gotta stand away from the wall or paint will land on your face. Ha
