THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING WE THOUGHT ABOUT WHITETAIL DEER HUNTING FOOD PLOTS HD 1080p

  • In this video we have a game changing food plot product that is going to turn the food plotting industry upside down. Protecting food plots such as corn, soybeans, lab-lab, sunflowers, brassicas, etc from over browsing by whitetail deer is a very difficult task. The deer love these nutritious food sources, so much so that they eat them down to the ground and kill the plant. I have used scarecrows, motion activated sirens, noise makers, and lights, they all work to some extent for a short period of time before the deer realize there is no movement and no real danger. The Plot Pro Protector is a scarecrow invented by Aircrow LLC, has a programmable timer with a siren, led light, and a blow up man that dances as the wind from the blower pushes through it.

I seen that on road runner 🤣

Very interesting. Please post a following video a month or so and let’s see how it holds up. You for sure have a wonderful testing ground. I am using the 3d hot fence with a twist I learned a couple years ago to keep cost down. I use one strand of hot tape and two strands of flagging tape stretched around the plot. Only had a fawn get through that I’m aware of. I set a cell cam in there as well.

Great stuff Wes. I have planted Eagleseed soybeans at my farm with success from browse pressure only when I built 2 staggered electric fences around my plot. It is a great deal of effort to build the fence and than take it back down. Not to mention the maintenance of keeping the weeds around the fence from touching so it does not ground out the fence. That is a huge undertaking every year and even with the fences the deer eventually find a way in as do the groundhogs. This AirCrow may just be the golden ticket to a simple approach that works. What a time saver this would be. Thanks for sharing!!

Yes sir, I think this will be game changer for protecting plots! Crazy, I’ve been having a ton of trouble with ground hogs lately, that was something that wasn’t around in large quantities 5-10 years ago. Thanks for watching

I have set up scarecrows with pie pans and hung shirts and pants from tree limbs , and the motion detection flashing sirens, had as many as 6 sirens, 2 scarecrows, and at least 10 shirts/pants and put plastic DG bags all around the field blowing in the wind on 3/4 acres and even kept my tractor in the field , the deer still came in , just saying, but hey i like you videos, very informative

Happy 4th. We had a cherry tree when I was a kid. Birds love cherries. Nothing would work forever, keeping them away. Noise, lights, people, dogs. They would get used to it all. Today we have an apple tree tight by the house. We sit ten ft away and the deer come. My dog barks at them, they come if it’s good to eat, they will come. This will work at first, but give it a few weeks. The deer will come

@@DIYfoodplotpro Everything works for a little while. Most farmers here have custom built rifles, night vision, and silencers and of course crop damage permits. And yes, a local guy came up with something similar without the clown on it. Had it right behind my bro in laws house in HEAVY Sika deer country, whitetails too. It worked for a while, hasn't used it since. I'd say a good 5 years ago. Even flying lead works for a while. I've actually killed deer on crop damage permits within 100 yds of a gas gun going off every 10 minutes in July. Matter of fact the 20 I killed was all close to that gas gun

Love to see your enthusiasm. As a farmer you feel the pain of crop damage !!! U of Ga. study I think, unanticipated sound of human voice taking spooked deer faster than coyotes, wolves, etc. Mix up the siren with other sounds, at random. For smaller areas the yard enforcer by orbit is great but you need a water supply. O damage in all my vegetables, or orchards, etc if I use that. Perimeter motion detector with compressed air tube “fizzy” bombs. Perimeter mini speaker system with laser flashes. Some other ideas no more costly than this. But for a big area this is cool.

That looks like a good product and it should work great! A few years ago we (me and my brother) bought a large(about 15ft tall) inflatable dancing doll we saw at a used car lot😁. It worked BUT, we had to add the lights and sound which made it work better. This product should work great, programmable with sight, sound, and motion built in 👍🏼. Way better than what we had. We had ours on a 5 acer pea field and it definitely helped keep the deer out. Good call Wes! 👍🏼
