Can it detect motion at a distance of 30 meters in 1x position, will the phone receive a notification?
The update in iCSee has been interrupted and the camera is not responding. I communicate with support via Aliexpress, they sent the firmware. I should have recorded it on the card, inserted it into the camera. Turn on, turn off, turn on and the firmware should have loaded within half an hour. Unfortunately it doesn't work. You do not have experience, what is the correct procedure? Thank you.

i just got this exact model as well as a few other ones from boavision, is it normal that the auto tracking only moves like 45 degrees?

I got the "BESDER" brand but exactly the same specs as the BOAVision, does your Internet Explorer crash when clicking the "settings" option right below "Human Detect" under the Intelligent Alert tab ? On my setup, Internet Explorer crashes when i click that option so i can't set the perimeter settings for the camera in Internet Explorer. BTW it also works with the XMEye app to setup the camera.

Label says its 5MP, how can i see if its really 5MP?
You can check the resolution of the recorded files but the only real way I think is to open up the camera and see what' sensor it uses.

It depends how much zoom, camera switch automatically between the lenses.

Bad camera.
The worst cameras I have ever bought! Their infrared stopped working in the first month and they no longer have night vision. The focus of the first lens is blurred. Never again Boavision!
