- Rain pours heavy against the glass of the sky-rise. The Avengers are scattered around the room: on the balcony, on the sofas, shooting pool, and playing the odd board game. You join them in their games or lounge on the couches, listening to bits of conversation, or, perhaps, you try to get some work done. Every so often someone pours themselves or you a drink and, sometimes, as is inevitable with the heroes, they break out into an argument.

@@rebecca-sf5wz so shifing is moving your consciousness into a different reality of your choice. there are soo many methods you can use raven method, Julia method, soo many more search up shifing methods on youtube or you can do no method. to do this you have to turn off the left side of your brain which controls like logical thinking to do this lay still and count, visualise your dr, and just wait until your body falls asleep it will take about 20 minutes and then repeat affirmations untill you are in your dr . you probably wont make it the first few times but keep trying hope this helps :)

@@zooli2068 I'm not an expert on this, but shifting is where your mind transports you to another reality, a dream reality, as you sleep. For example, you can shift to Hogwarts; it can be any place you want essentially. Some people shift into their favourite movie, or TV series, or book.

“Finally. Some peace.” You sit on a white leather couch while listening to the sound of rain fall onto the roof. You look up and see the drops of cold water running down the glass slowly. All of a sudden you hear some familiar voices come into the building, even if you wished for alone time it’s still comforting to hear them. The large group of people come in and make themselves at home, splitting into smaller more compact and manageable groups. You hear footsteps going in different directions and voices moving towards the pool table and the bar.
Someone walks up behind you and asks what you’re doing all by yourself. You reply with a sarcastic remark and smile and they walk off to join some of the others playing pool. You watch the rain again, sensing something isn’t right with the way these people are all of a sudden treating you. You haven’t been the best of friends and you’re not exactly sure why they are all so interested in forgetting that. Not being human is so difficult sometimes, you think to yourself, still watching the droplets on the windows.
Chatter and laughter consume the environment, stories from childhood and some flirting was being exchanged and you listen in on all of the conversations. Slowly the rain gets heavier, and the windows look like they are bending from certain angles. “Something’s wrong.” You say, looking around for someone to tell. You can’t see a friendly face though, instead you just hear the rain and the wind and the pool table. Leaving the comfort of the couch you stand up and start to look for the owner of the establishment which you definitely didn’t sneak into. You find him, almost drunk, being as self centred as normal. You say, “Something is wrong. The rain isn’t right. I’m telling you.” He says nothing in return and you turn all of the music off with a click of your fingers, “Listen to me! There is something wrong!”
“What could possibly be wrong? We’re all havin’ a good ol’ night to ourselves. We deserve it, we save the world and stuff..” His voice trails off. He stares into space for a second then collapses into a pile on the floor.
“The one time you won’t listen to me, ugh. Someone help him, I’ll be right back.” You rush out the double glass doors into the pouring rain, trails of confused complaints following you. You call fourth the element of water, trying to gain control of your surroundings but the magic doesn’t work. You try again and again, over and over, when you hear the door open.
“What’s going on? Why’d you just run off like that? Was it something I said?” The person who asked you why you were alone what seemed like hours ago appears. You say, “What? That was ages ago..” They look at you, very obviously confused, thinking about what to say next.
“That was less than a minute ago.. Are you okay? Do you need some water or something?”
“I don’t drink, remember.”
“Yeah, maybe that’s the problem.”
“It’s not. There isn’t a problem.” You try to shoo them off but they persist with the questions for a few more minutes. Asking you stuff like if you need some food, why there’s a problem with the rain and things along those lines.
“Come on! I’m just trying to be friendly. You know that we can’t just become friends, you need to start putting some effort in. Seriously, you don’t talk to us, you don’t let us share our ideas and you won’t join us for special gatherings! I don’t know why we even bother with you.” The door opens, but you close it again.
“I’m not used to friends. I haven’t had a friend. Ever. In my whole 20 years of living, I haven’t had one friend. Just people telling me to focus, and people interrogating me about all of the tiniest explosions. Even trying to make me confess by taking my food away, jokes on them I didn’t eat it anyways. But this isn’t my strong point. So don’t go off on my social skills when you barely have any yourself.” You let the door open freely, and walk into the building.
Nobody’s there. You turn to see if the person who you know is real noticed, but they are clearly stilled baffled at the arguments you made. “Oi!” You shout over to them.
“What?”
“Was there anybody here? Like, before you went outside to fetch me?” You ask, hoping for a good answer, even if you’re not completely sure what a good answer is.
“Yeah, they all might have left just in case you.. blew the building up..” They shoot you a quick smile, but when they see that you aren’t in the mood for laughing, they put their head down.
It’s was a few minutes at least before they started to come in again. Splitting into the groups they were in before, some different groups too. This time something was different, you could feel it. Not like the rain, something different different. Just off with the whole atmosphere that the groups created. You then realised that some were armed. Shields and bows and arrows and little gadgets and a hammer and a few other things were placed conveniently either close to the relavent people or on the relavent people. You start to freak out a bit, confused why they are all suddenly armed. You decide it’s best if you sit back on you’re white leather couch, since all of the groups can keep an eye on you from there. You understand that you are dangerous, you know what you can do, but you sit down on the couch and give into the team’s obvious plan to keep you from leaving.
(I just started typing and this happened. Hope you enjoyed. Might add even more eventually.)

I just used this to try to shift and had the most vivid dream. Oddly enough, I wasn't even in the dream. I was watching as a ghost. It was just Tony and Clint fighting Ultron, and Ultron was a major Harry Potter nerd... idk where that last bit came from, but it is real funny now I'm not concerned for Tony and Clint's health.

You were sitting in the Common Room with Fury and the Avengers as they discussed a plan about going into Hydra. You just sat there at the table, doodling in you’re notebook, hearing then talking and looking up every few minutes to see what was happening. Loki stood behind you, caressing your shoulders softly, in a calmly, relaxing way. You pulled out some pieces of paper, signing a few papers and finishing a few sentences. You didn’t even know what you were doing, you were just feeling the rhythm of Loki caressing your shoulders. You felt him kiss your head and you looked at him.
“Darling,” He said.
“My love.” You said, closing your notebook.
“Did I tell you you look adorable when you’re busy?” He said.
“About a million times.” You laughed and he hugged you. You rested your head on his stomach and sighed.

This is amazing - rain that shifts in intensity and sounds of various activities provide marvelous background noise, while the interspersed bits of conversation give me random bits of dopamine as minor rewards while I do my work.
I wrote a little _POV_ for myself: I'm White Mamba (White Witch + Black Mamba), a powerful witch who came to the Avengers because of Steve; we met in the streets. Tony doesn't like me that much, but I understand me well with the rest of the team, especially with Peter and Steve. I have a crush on Bucky, and help him to find himself. 💜❤️

i almost shifted to this! i felt all floaty and my skin felt kind of tingly. and i felt this gentle breeze on my forehead. i imagined falling asleep on the couch in someone’s lap!! i started getting a bit of a headache when i tried again though
i think i ended up accidentally opening my eyes so i kinda ruined it lol.
which method did you tried?
@@mxrak111 i didn’t try any method! i usually just repeat affirmations in my head because i’m not very good at visualizing.

ahhh i feel 4 u !! i recommend scripting that your eyes open automatically once you’re 100% in your dr. it really helps

@@mxrak111 A method I use that really helps me get symptoms is just imagining being in your dr bed because its all in the mindset. I'm laying in my current reality bed but I tell myself that I'm in my desired reality bed. It really helps if you have rain sounds like this video because when I had rain sounds, I did the bed thing and suddenly I heard rain like ~in~ my brain if that makes sense lol.

Weird thing is that I've never experienced anxiety like other people but I automatically start counting down from 10 when u wanna cry,if I feel alone the only person I want near me is my mom,and for some reason I got a bit of pain In my stomach rn or something and I've tried to listen to my comfort character (Tony stark) while hugging my weighted blanket but it only made things worse
