TURKS SHAWARMA (Filipino Recipe) | How's the Taste?

Kuya Milton… Just your average chef (Filipino/Americano) trying Professional, Weird, and Viral recipes, and most importantly, asking the question... "How's the taste?"
Shawarma:
- 1/2lb (1/4Kg) Ground Beef
- 1 TBSP Soy Sauce
- 2 TBSP Oyster Sauce
- 2 TBSP Brown Sugar
- Ground Pepper to taste
White Sauce (Garlic Mayo Sauce):
- 4 TBSP Mayo
- 4 TBSP Garlic Powder
- 1 TBSP Vinegar or Lemon or Calimansi
- 1 TBSP Milk or Water
- Ground Pepper to taste
Orange Sauce (Spicy Sauce):
- 4 TBSP Mayo
- 4 TBSP Garlic Powder
- 1 TBSP Milk or Water
- Sriracha to taste/color
- Chili powder to taste
- Ground Pepper to taste
Veggies:
- Thinly sliced Onions, Cucumbers, Tomatoes
- Bite-sized pieces of lettuce
