A moving bag can be good for specific drills, like using control when the bag comes into you simulating meeting on the line with weight on the front foot

@@harleyzeth I know what he means, I’m saying I don’t agree that the way spence is using the bag is the only correct method. Hit a bag with enough force and it will move, spence isn’t hammering the bag here he’s just moving around. Watch donair hit the bag hard and see it swing
Very good work. Just breezed through an 8 minute round on a heavy bag that is made of concrete. That bag was hard as rocks. He looks strong. High pace. Good cardio.

He reminds me of Michael Moorer. With the heavy use of the jab, he keeps his hands very tight to his torso, and very crisp short hooks. Also being a southpaw.
That's who he reminds me of as well. Not the heavyweight version of Moorer but the light heavyweight version.

Mikey is moving up in weight big time, Spence is fighting at his natural weight and is already a strong puncher. I think it's an uphill battle for Mikey and if he wins there is no doubt he is top three if not number one P4P

Some people think Earle Spence has lost his power. HE STILL HAS IT!!
He lost some, due to blowing up in weight and spending camp losing weight. He blew up in weight cause of alcohol. Errol hasn’t been drinking, jogging and staying in the gym it seems so that power he had should comeback completely and his shape should look better
