This is a total onslaught to our legal profession and the judiciary in general. You cannot enter a court room arrest a court official (legal practitioner), without being warned informed you're coming to arrest him.
The south African police are not above the law, they cannot enter a court room an arrest a suspect. In any event the police suspect someone, you approach him at home, anywhere, show dignity and respect.
No one is above the law, yes if the advocate has contravened the law, he has a right to be informed about any pending arrest, ask him to report to the Police Station, serve him with warrant of arrest, detain him, bring him to court within 48hrs,
