I'm at the end! I'm a scientist and lab supervisor and BELIEVE me, compression socks have saved my life. I started wearing them b4 my best reduction surgery and since THAT day, I have NOT worn anything else to work. They are a life saver. My legs never felt better. The compression is just right. I got a 3 or 6 pack off of Amazon and I keep them in rotation. When I first put them on, I almost lost a nail, but if I had, it would have been WELL WORTH IT!

I forgot to thank you on the suggestions for the liquid collagen and the compression socks. I’m 61 and a Registered Nurse, so I need both❤❤
I got to the end
I’m a nurse and have worn compression knee high socks since forever. Them along with my Brooks (Ghost or Glycerin brand) running shoe have saved my legs and feet from much trauma. I highly recommend wearing compression socks and running shoes daily if your job requires a lot of walking or you being on your feet. I usually buy my compression socks from any nurse uniform store like Scrubs & Beyond.
Great list and reminder of a few things I need to pick up to treat myself 😂 also just want to say: don’t quit NOTHINNNNN! Eff the noise on those other platforms; if you have to remove comments, or not read dm’s, etc, to keep your peace, do it. But don’t quit. Yes! People shouldn’t “poo poo”😂 compression socks-if you’re sitting for a long time, on your feet a lot, or if you’re starting to get a few spider veins🫤, compression socks will help tremendously. Back in the day, they didn’t look as cute(fashionable) as they do today. I love all of your suggestions. Thank you.

I'm 60 years old - I have run 20+ marathons and I have been wearing compression socks for about 20+ years. I swear by them. I have ~ 10 pairs. I also play tennis 4-5 times a week, and only wear Adidas tennis clothes and workout gear. As for sports bras, I would highly recommend She Fit. They are the very best. I have a large chest and do not like my breast to move 1 millimeter. I have 10 of them - they are pricey, but they are worth every penny. Gonna try the liquid collagen for sure.

Got to the end! Nike and Adidas used to be my go-to for sneakers, but recently I started wearing Puma. Their sneakers are more comfy to me. Adidas definitely for work-out gear. Their leggings stay up and are most comfy for whatever you’re doing.

Loving all the pieces and I love the information about the tennis shoes. I do agree with the compression socks. I bought a few pair because I Line Dance a lot and it really helps. You just convinced me to buy a few more pair to wear to work because I’m on my feet all day because I am a middle school teacher.
