    Thank you, I saw this video about 45 days ago.
    I have Shoonya Oct5 22. I have been practicing, my record is 30 minutes on a wood floor haha. 10-15 minutes is nothing now. Hope I'm ready. I went thru Angamardana 16 months ago and couldn't even do 5 minutes on foam floors, it was so painful.

    Hi. I will be going to Isha for my Shoonya Intensive course but I have no idea on what to do in terms of arrival, stay etc. can you make a video to explain what happens during the four days and what the participants must be bringing with them. Thank you.

      I think it is different if you go to India or Tennessee. I recommend call them as they are very helpful. But great video idea! I appreciate it. :)

    how long have you been doing shambhavi for? its been like 10months for me and ive gotten better (like the vipareeta swasa is much more controlled now lol, i couldnt hold it for more than a minute back then) at it but i do not know whats supposed to happen to me... What is the 'fruit' of sadhana or the 'going beyond physical limitations' thing sadhguru refers to in his videos? how long does that generally take, do you have any experience with it

    • @kalpatruswamy4946
      @kalpatruswamy4946 Před 2 lety

      it is alright if you do not wish to share any personal experience of yours, since sadhguru tries his best to make sure that we do not know whats supposed to come ahead cause that'll prolly lead to hallucinations...

      Namaskaram dear friend!
      I have been doing shambhavi for almost a year now. And so far I am so happy about it. I couldn't tell you what the fruits are because I just do it to do it. I feel like if we anticipate anything, then we will miss it. I know it's hard to grasp when we are in it for the benefits, but I think it's more of a subtle "let go" and just do sadhana for no reason. And just be happy we get to do sadhana and enjoy the grace within the process of sadhana.
      All the best,
      -Emily

      @@an_inward_odyssey Yes! It is important that we do not have any expectations beforehand, probably because we'll miss the real thing :P The very fact that we are getting a sadhana to do, is much more important as it means that there is a possibility for us to transform.

      Namaskaram my friend, in my own journey doing Hatha Yoga programs like Surya Kriya and Angarmadana have really helped to deepen and intensify my Shambavi practice. All the best to you in your journey, and remember to always keep the 5 rules of the game in your mind and heart. 🙏🙏🙏

    No offense, but this a unnecessary video except point 2 (that is officially informed to Shoonya participants). Don't go by any of this stuff

  • @amoghjain1166
    @amoghjain1166 Před rokem +2

    Hi, don't start practicing Vajrasana on your own. I hurted my knee doing it without instructions and in some way that hampered my Shoonya Experience..
    Just follow instructions given by Official Isha Team.. don't go for CZcams stuff

    This video is so pointless ! Seriously shambhavi gives you the help to control the compulsions.
