Here is my annual "Best of VR" video. Every year I have been taking my top 10 Quest games and putting them in a list, but this year is special! EVERY SINGLE GAME ON THIS LIST IS STEAMVR AND QUEST 2. That has never happened before and it's kind of crazy. So, doesn't matter whatever headset you have, whether applab, the official quest store, or steamVR, here are some truly AMAZING VR games that you can enjoy.

Also my bad! RUMBLE is not out on Quest yet! Adjusted title to reflect.
I almost Guarantee you will find a new VR game you'll love here in this video. Have you played any of these games? Going to pick up any new ones?
Hello!
Hi thrill!
Thank you
Guarantee with a capital G that's when you know it's for sure
@ThrillSeeker The Last Clock Winder is just Transpose but a little more graphics in my opinion.
Cards & Tankards, Creative Director, here! Thank you so much for the shout out! We are working so hard on this passion project, and to see a VR influencer like yourself recognize the potential for our game honestly made our year!
Marketing is not our strong suit. As a result, referrals through word of mouth and shared "Top 10" videos have been our main form of growth throughout our Early Access, so thank you so much!
If you are interested, we would be happy to talk to you more about our vision for the future of Cards & Tankards and to collect any feedback you may have for us to improve.
I play mtg and I see the inspiration in this game. I want to try it out so bad but I can’t find out how to get to app lab. It’s not showing up under the non-lab games when I search for it. Any suggestions?
@@thomaspig7684 App Lab is known for not being the best way to find games. If you look for us on your favorite browser you can find us as the top search result.
Love the social engagement!
yeah its and awesome game! have you guys thought about making larger scale duels like in the yu gi oh tv show? might be very hard to implement but it would be super cool if it was a feature
Cards & Tankards owner here... Not a player all that much though...
I'm not sure why... It's interesting, every time I go into the tavern there are people playing or talking about the game and it seems like a wonderful community. I guess I'm just not confident enough in my knowledge of the game to play against others.
It's awesome we can even have top 10s like this. The VR industry has come a long way from where it started in just a few years.
Yeah I can't wait until someone makes something like satisfactory in VR unless that was supposed to be the last clock Winder
Cant wait until ready at dawn grows a brain to not shut down echo
@@nuthoul yeah I also refer back to what I had stated
@Isaacosyvr Maybe but don't forget the absolute dumpster fire that was the Virtual Boy
Ok, but most games on this list look like late nineties games, only that they're now in VR, but it hardly changes the gameplay.
But that's mainly because the developers have to make it compatible with minor race Meta stuff.
I’m so happy into the radius is getting the attention it deserves. It’s straight up one of my favorite games of all time.
Yeah it's amazing, super underrated
I own it, neet to hop back in sometime soon.
PC VR is crazy on ITR
ITR is groundbreakingly good. Theres other games with shooting and looting, but the loop of gameplay in it makes it such a satisfying experience to just go wander and get lost in for as long as you'd like.
I didn't like it when I tried the text was blurry and I didn't know what was going on.
I wasn't expecting to see the last clock winder on this, let alone it being your number 1 choice, but I am so glad you did. It is one of the best games I have ever played, it's one of the most unique uses of vr controls and you mentioning it will give the game and devs new players for whatever they make next.
Make sure to check We Are One's early access and the old Transpose, then. They're time loop puzzle games like this. A bit less tactile, but still.
AMEN
As a Moderator for Cards and Tankards I love to see it show up here :)
Most of these lists are just rehashed filler material, not this list. I appreciate seeing what YOU think are the best Quest games. Thanks for putting thought in to all of your videos. I’ll be working my way through this list.
Thanks!!! Yeah people often see a list video and think it’s kinda trash.. but I spent all week curating this making sure it’s a selection of games that most people haven’t heard of!
@@ThrillSeekerVR Your thought and effort is always appreciated. Love your content.
@@ThrillSeekerVR Thank you for the thought you put into this list you honestly just saved me hours looking for my next game to play and probably found better games than I ever would have found on my own. Thank you so much!
I personally think of "Into the Radius" as a survival horror game, just due to how good the atmosphere is.
It's not the cheap horror that most people think of now, it's the kind that keeps you on edge, and if you ever start to relax, it will be sure to give you a bit of a scare to put you right back!
I'm honestly extremely glad to see it on this list, cause it's definitely in my top 5 favorite VR games!
One of the main mechanics that sets it apart from other games, is that the environment resets at certain intervals.
This allows you to memorize where certain items are, and return to them at every reset. However, safe houses (which are marked on your map) don't get reset, allowing you to safely store items there for later.
As someone who has been heavily into vr for 2 years now I haven’t seen half of the games on this list which was really refreshing. All of the games looked really good and I’m definitely considering getting some of these. Amazing job making something unique
Compound ITR and last clockwinder really deserved those spots, feel like those go under the radar of so many people and they are actually sooo good.
im so glad to see into the radius on this list, let alone in #2 slot! i LOVE that game so much! needs so much recognition
Sail while blasting Pirates of the Caribbean is one of the most fun and exhilarating experiences I've had the past year in VR.
Bonus if you enjoy whiskey and can handle VR under the influence. "Why's all the rum gone?"
you need to checkout "hot dogs horseshoes and hand grenades" sometime it a game i got at lunch and still play to this day
I have been spearheading much of Rumble's growth, and that game is incredible. Rumble has the greatest potential to be an amazing game that can revolutionize how we view Esports. Once they add dedicated servers, being able to learn techniques like a martial arts and use that for gameplay is going to change the scene.
Yeah, vr is going to revolutionize esports
That's not what spearheading means.
@@Fluke1x I mean... they're a rumble content creator
@@Fluke1x They're one of the best Rumble players I've ever seen just watch one of their videos.
I can’t find rumble to buy on quest anywhere
So happy to see you give Compound some love. It was one of my first VR loves waaaay back on my CV1
Into the Radius is the best, most complete VR experience ive had yet. I love boneworks, blade, alyx, etc, but ive never had an experience as complete and immersive as ITR
Is Max coming out to play?
OH MY GOD that’s ITRA Biggest flaw IS MAC COMING OUT TO PLAY?!?! NO HE IS NEVER COMING OUT MY AUG COMING OUT AND ITS GONNA PLAY ITS GONNA PLAY!!!!
@@cringecringe4342 max is a lil bitch and i will break it
Recently ordered a Quest, can't wait to get these!
Ill definitely try some of these out thank you thrill seeker i love all your content i needed a sighn to get back into vr
Seriously amazing list, I'm a big vr fan and watch your channel often. Yet i had never seen any games on this list and they all intrigued me.
Thanks for this doing these lists, this one especially, I recently grabbed Into The Radius and wasn't surprised to see that up here, but I'd never heard of The Last Clockwinder and that looks like an absolute gem of a game, thank you!
Wow you hyped each game so well and I haven't heard of a lot of these. Thanks so much for this video!
Great list, and as it is one of my favorite VR experiences too, glad to see Into the Radius getting the recognition it deserves now
Woah, woah, woah. Hearing you mention Command and Conquer Renegade was the coolest thing in this whole video for me! I've been hyping it up to my friends for years, but haven't been able to get any of them to play it.
I’m SO glad Rumble made this list it’s probably the most hyped I’ve been for a vr game I hope it comes to quest 2 eventually
ThrillSeeker... you are my only "go-to" when it come to VR.. you were the selling point for me to buy a Index. thanks for all the info and keep up the good work man! i love your videos!!
Been playing into the radius since its early days and im glad every time i see a bigger youtuber cover it. I tried streaming it back in the day to help it grow due to hardware issues didnt go well lol so thanks for helping get the word of it out there =D
Compound is actually amazing, I'm glad it featured high up on the list.
Honestly best top 10 list I've seen I already wanna try nearly half of the games
He did the thing, the theory thing, LORE! What might this entail!? Film theory time??
So happy about seeing The Last Clockwinder on top!! It's become a must play Vr game for me
Thank you for bringing light to rumble. It is by far my fav game in all of VR. And i want to see it flourish with players
Its so nice that youre shining light on RUMBLE which should hopefully add to the not so strong playerbase. Thank you!
Thank you thrill i didn't know about at least half of these def gonna play some of these when i can afford it :D
Thanks for the list. I bought Shores of Loci yesterday. Very satisfying - I cranked through it in 2 sessions (3 hours total). Looking forward to checking out the other titles that I don't have.
I waited for this soooo long
Sail Made Thrill's List!!! THANK YOU!!!
I can't get enough of this channel
Seeing sail on there makes me so happy I can't even put it into words
Thank you very much for this. I really needed it.
For me VR this year was Into the Rift. I've played it through 6 times, and each time it surprised me, and by the time I had played with all the guns, they added more. I bought the Quest Pro controllers JUST so I could finally hold scopes close enough to my face to use them. Best 400 i ever spent.
Great List! I Will check em' out!
Love the video also the transitions are awesome too keep up the great work 🤗🥳
Great list, I now have to get to playing them
I've been looking for something like The Last Clockwinder, thanks for bringing it to my attention! Definitely gonna wishlist that!
Some great recommendations. My list keeps growing haha
Great seeing more attention brought to good VR games
The whole video I was really hoping to see Last Clockwinder. I LOVED it. Really happy to see it be #1.
Definitely will be trying out into the radius thanks for the recommendations!
An actual good and surprising list! Gave a me a few new recommendations!
Dear Thrillseeker,
Echo VR shutdown on Aug 1st is devastating news. It's more than a game, it's a community where we made lifelong friends. Disappointed META is not supporting it. Thanks for the memories, Echo VR.
Sincerely,
YoRomeo
Damn it Thrill you got me really excited and then I saw the note 🤣
I love The Last Clockwinder. You can just do so much within the game. I thought I wouldn't like it at all but it is just so good and now I have sunk so many hours into it.
Can't wait for PSVR2 ❤️ Last Clockwinder ist going to be there at Launch. You having it at Nr. 1 convinced me to jump in 😊
Compund is already announced, hope Bonelab Follows soon 😁
Nice list! Definitely will check em out
Glad you've finally talked about ITR, long time coming!
Check out ancient dungeon, it would fit this list perfectly!
Love the vid mate, some new games for me to try.
Picked up The Last Clockwinder on your recommendation. What a treat!
Nice transition mix into the outro!
You know this makes me think that a potential good idea for future videos could be to do a little showcase of a niche vr game at the end or so. I would've never seen these games if it weren't for this video in particular and there are definitely some really good looking games.
The last clock winder is something I've been looking for ever since I tried the demo for under presents! super glad there is one!
I bought guardians on release and saw amazing potential it makes me so happy that it will become better then ever!
Thanks for hooking me up with new games
Happy to see some of my personal favorites on this list. 2 and 3 are some of my og games and i look forward to trying out number 1.
Definitely gonna check out some of the games on this list! I'd also highly recommend checking out Bean Stalker VR, it's definitely one of those games the wouldn't work in any other medium and doesn't get nearly the attention it deserves.
Great video man, it's what we need
Very helpful list thank you!!
nice video brother, thanks for listing some not so popular games
i was so happy to see into the radius, its my favorite game of all time and probably always will be
Thank you for the Toph joke haha, I loved it
Thank you so much for making me discover the last clockwinder. It's truely a wonderful little game. Couls you make a video on it specifically? I think it really deserves a shout out.
Glad to see compound make it up here, Been one of my favorites for a while now and it definitely deserves more attention.
I'd just like to mention the increasingly growing modding community for VR. There's so many great experiences converted to VR by so many talented modders like Dr. Beef, The Source VR team, Resident Evil VR ports, etc. It's definitely worth checking them out.
Great video with great games discoveries.
Not a "obvious generic top games"
Thx!
Nice! Happy to see a lot of lower exposure titles being shown here!
Scam bot detected
Love that compound is getting a mention! also try ancient dungeon, incredible vr game
I’ve never heard you talk about most of these. I’d like to hear about them as you play them!
number 1 is just like time rifters! I love this kind of concept where your past actions assist you in the future so i'll def get that clock game
Perfect timing, I just bought a pc yesterday
Love you're content keep it up!
thx for the interesting games, i will surely check for buying one or two
I had already heard not to sleep on CLOCKWINDER, but this video sealed my buy on PSVR 2!
50 seconds in and I'm so thankful that you thought about the target audience for your video and didn't waste our time on the original necessaries 😅. I'm confident I will find something worth playing, thanks man 😊
I've been unsure about Guardians, but the comparison to C&C Renegade sold me; I loved that game!
I first got Into the radius about a month ago. After over 35 hours of gameplay and collecting every gun, I am so glad to see it on this list. As I played through it, I thought "why have I not heard more about this?" I know I always gatekeep my favorite games, but I want everyone to see and experience how far such a game can go with enough development and time. Absolutely amazing.
One of the best immersive VR games ever. Also makes you actually feel like YOURE SURVIVING! Also love your room stays the way you leave it and you got to know your tactics especially under pressure and where things are on your body/bag. Something you can’t really experience on flatscreen or sometimes even other VR games, but Into the Radius is top tier for me despite me not liking “horror” too much 😂 the adrenaline and anxiety GETS ME MAN!
Do you have advice as to how to get past alot of enemies? I play on vive and I cannot manage to solve certain missions. Not sure if the issues arises because of my headset. In some missions there are so many enemies coming at once and I can't reliably recharge the gun/switch the gun without dying. The game is very interesting but I got frustrated and quit becaue of these issues. I end up just saving/reloading until I find a way through the mess lol.
Really happy to see something that isn't a gun/sword action game in the top spot. I really feel that the future of VR is gonna be a lot more chill and surreal meaningful experiences and I can't wait to see more of it.
Speaking of none-combat focussed games, I kinda missed Wanderer.
Really glad I stopped sleeping on Into the Radius because of your recommendation. Couple hours in now and.. fantastic 👌
Omg YES Last Clockwinder is true Native Medium goodness, massive inspiration for me as an XR Interaction designer and just such a delightfully fun time.
Mine is Zero Caliber. Had such fun with my friends playing that. While it's not technically new, the devs dropped a massive overhaul update recently and it feels much better as a whole now. It may be a little more basic and less technical than something like Pavlov, but I havn't played any other VR game that captured the good old days of playing a co-op shooter in the same room as your friends than in that game.
I absolutely didnt expect you to do this, but the last clockwinder is honestly one of the best uses of VR there could be. Was my top1 pick for steam nominations (but ofc that doesn't work on indie games)
Mechanics are the most suited for VR, and the story is nice and chill too
I'm *so* glad that the list is now more platform agnostic. I know it can be a pain for developers to release on multiple systems, but I appreciate the effort they are making. :-)
Although my wishlist got a couple new entries, hearing "OG Battlefront" and "C&C Renegade" so close together especially on the channel I'd never expect to, made me jump in my seat. You sold me on Guardians, and a minute later Steam sold it to me more literally. Thank you so much.
And now, if you excuse me, I have some nostalgia strings to pick.
Check out Renegade Firestorm (if it ever comes out)
Not VR, but hey
@@metaphysicalfuck So you're telling me that Renegade X is being worked on to this day and even has an expansion pack coming? No flapping way. I should definitely give it one more shot, it's been too long already.
I usually hate puzzle games but shores of loci is amazing, and when your baked or shroomin' its soooo much fun!!
This list gave me literal chills for no reason lmao
Spent some time playing the flat version of mother gunship and had no idea there was a vr version, I'll certainly be looking into that
The last clock winder was amazing, I fell in love with that game. I really hope one day we can make custom Puzzle so we can push the content of that game to the next level
This game really had me going full ninja mode and fully immerse. I loved it so much!!
I can’t comment on the other video but here it goes, I’m so happy to have you thrill to be our community leader , you Call Facebook out all the time and they’re anti-consumer practices we really appreciate this and we’re definitely Sharing
I was so happy to see Into the Radius in this list Ive put over 100 hours into the game and its just an amazing survival game. There are some buggy features like the grenades and some of the enemies just running through walls, but all that aside its a great game i love how much you have to do on your own like switching mags and filling them cleaning guns and mags. There is just so much immersion and its amazing, the creators update pretty frequently and i can see this game just being so good with a little bit more tweaks.
The really sad thing is that the only somewhat game breaking bug happens at the very beginning of your playthrough. The rift for Metastasis 1, the very first mission the game gives you, has a tendency to just not spawn, and the reason I say it's really sad is because I can only imagine how many new players were just confusedly walking around the train station not knowing what to do, and then saying "screw it" and dropping the game. I was almost one of those, but I'm glad I stuck it through because that frustrating bug is nowhere near representative of the actual game experience
didn't have enemies going through walls but the one that really annoyed me was getting your gun stuck in the wall when you pick up from a shelf lol
5:30 I nearly lost my crap when I heard you lead up to mentioning C&C Renegade! When you said "I have a feeling most of you won't get this reference." I just had this feeling that that's what you would mention. :))
I'm so happy to finally be watching these videos in VR! I'M ONE OF YOU GUYS NOW!
I just beat The Tale of Onogoro yesterday. It was pretty fun and got pretty intense in the end. Also contains lots of dirty hand-holding!
