Glad you enjoyed the video, Debbie! There's something for everyone in Banff; we stuck to light adventure, but there are more hardcore adventures to be had. You can go on longer multi day treks, plus you can also go rock climbing or even frozen waterfall climbing in winter!

Fantastic ❤😊

Banff is one of my top destinations. I haven't been to a Western cookout in a long time, that steak looked great on the grill.
The western cookout was great. It was our first and it was a true feast!
Muy lindo!!!
Muchas gracias! 😊
My parents went here 4 years ago and loved it
That's awesome! Happy to hear they enjoyed their time in Banff. ✨
@@samuelandaudrey yeah they did it as part of the tour that goes on the rocky mountaineer train etc
Hola chicos hermosos paisajes🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷❤️❤️❤️
You were indeed very lucky with the weather. At our roadtrip we weren't that lucky. No mountainvieuws, rain and lot of clouds. The lakes sadly weren't that mesmerising. But still enjoyed our 4 week roadtrip.
If there's one thing we learned, it's that the weather in the Rockies is ever changing! The day we drove in, we couldn't see the mountains either. Thankfully we got some pockets of sunshine during our outdoor activities. Glad you still managed to enjoy your road trip!
It Is so beautifull and so similar to Patagonia.
It sure is! We love the mountains so plop us down in Patagonia or the Rockies and we're happy. ✨
Awesome video! I couldn't help but notice that there weren't as many crowds as I've encountered when I've visited Banff. I know you were there in the fall, but any tips and tricks? Travelling on weekdays rather than weekends, maybe - or just deft camera work? Great work showcasing the beautiful Rockies!
It was definitely the time of year! The first time we visited in the summertime it was really crowded and a bit hard to enjoy - especially the popular places like Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. Spring/autumn is better or even winter, though certain areas will be closed. And like you said, weekdays over weekends.
@@samuelandaudrey Thanks so much for the speedy reply - I'm already planning my next visit - that Western Cookout tour is on the list :)
Harriet and i have been to Banff. Enjoyed our time immensely. So underrated. We spent a week there and still didn't get to see the museums we wanted to see. We are going to make future
plans to visit again. P.S. Who is looking after your property in Argentina ? Hope you guys ar doing ok. Sending much love❤ from Richmond, Va. Harriet, Jim and Yuki
Very cool to hear that you've also been to Banff! We didn't make it to all the museums either - there's just so much to see there. I think we could do another visit a different time of year and still manage to hit up completely different attractions. As for Argentina, yes, we always have someone looking after the place, plus friends and neighbours who check in!
Nice video!
Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching!
@@samuelandaudreyhi thanks you for sharing this beautiful moment I want to visit what month it the best time to visit??
un gran saludo desde argentina
Gracias. Saludos desde Canadá!
Loved it felt a bit envious even! What a truly lovely place ❤
I’ll be looking into going visiting Alberta for sure
Thank you
Sabrina 🇫🇷🇬🇧🫶🏼
Ps went to your link to check on Colombia icefield day trip to get prices but it says ‘not bookable’ ☹️
Yes, Banff and the Rocky Mountains are so worth adding to your list! Also, thanks for the heads up on the Columbia Icefield tour! It's seasonal and only runs May thru early October. Winter must already be in full force up on the glacier so that tour won't be running again until next year.
@@samuelandaudrey ok 👍🏼 that makes sense!
Saludos chicos 🤗🤗
Awesome beautiful
Hi! Beautiful video- which airport did you fly into and what hotel did you stay? If there was no car rental did the tour bus/shuttle directly picked you up from hotel?
If you're planning to visit Banff, you'd want to fly into Calgary. There are lots of services that offer transfers to Banff and Canmore. We used the Banff Airporter. The tour we went on offers pick ups from Calgary and Banff. See what works best for you!
What time of year did you go ? Lovely video
We visited in early September - technically still summer!
MUY BELLO
What is the best way to get around I’m debating getting a car rental but not sure how parking goes I heard it’s difficult
You don't need a car to get around town, but it's very useful if you want to explore the park in depth. Some parking lots do get full (especially if you're visiting the most popular spots in the summertime), but there are overflow parking lots and shuttles. It all depends on what you want to see and the time of year you're visiting.
how many hours u need to complete icefld parkway activity?
The Columbia Icefield day trip was a full-day activity. It's a 3-hour drive each way, though it didn't feel as long with the stops we made along the way.

Una pregunta, que pasó con tus padres? Bien de salud? Felices?
How many days do you need to visit Baff Park?
I would suggest a minimum of 3 days in Banff National Park.
Love for couple.
Large looking hair hanging off that fork of refried beans by the looks of it!
Hi sister
Did you need to rent a vehicle?
Not on this trip. A rental car is a good idea if you plan to do a lot of exploring independently, however, we booked tours this time around.
