A question. Among a lot of breeds (French bulldogs, African Pilgrim Hedgehogs, Pugs, special cats) appears a genetics neurological disease. In the case of hedgehogs, this is the Wobbly Hedgehog Syndrome. My French bulldog died in the doggy version of it in her 8th month. This is a terminal disease your pet's central nervous system builds down. Any medical treatment now, and the only thing that you can do to prepare them in peace and love to cross the rainbow bridge. But the last period is terrible. (I don't wish for anybody to see that the loved pet can't weak up, stay stand, walk, or run or eat. And see in your pet's eyes that they want to live and fight for life with any hope. (OK, in the Buddism animals rebirth in a better life, this an only hope for me and a lot of people). Serious statistically significant fact that this neurological disease appears mostly among overbreeded house animals. Because in the European Union and the United States, only the African Pilgrim Heghog is allowed to keep as a house pet, the danger rate of inner breeding is very high. Another problem is the unresponsible breeders who overbreed these poor little creatures for better profit. My question: what is your opinion to filter and avoid the unresponsible breeders? I try to fight as an activist to ban the overbreeding of special breeds, but we can't do anything against the gray zone breeders who offer their pets a lower price. Wobbly Hedgehog Syndrome is that disease that avoids or reduces it, pushing the overbreeders in the background.
