    I printed new caster cap for my M3 from PETG. I'd say it fits better than the original one did. So it doesn't really matter what material it's made out of :P

    If it's not one thing going wrong, it is a bunch. All you can do is tackle the issues one by one. Oh, yes, I definitely go down the unnecessary troubleshooting rabbit hole. Take care and wish you some good luck 🤞

    It looks like that snap ring isn't seated on one side of the water pump. Might have been the camera angle.

      yup! exactly the issue.. hard to tell in photo.. but the rust on the cover plate forced the snap ring out of its grove.. too rusty to fix in place tho. would have to remove it anyways
