Lmao my favorite part about the video is that it actually acknowledges that Paul is the one who defeated Ogre initially. A detail that was even forgotten in the anime itself
Pretty sure it's actually canon that Paul defeated Ogre's first form, but never finished him off. Paul is pretty cracked
I was hoping the anime would have given us that Paul vs Ogre 😔
The anime didn't even give us Eddy (probably because his movements were too hard for the crew to animate)
It's kind of messed up when you think about it too considering that Eddy's inclusion in T3 exposed millions of people to Capoeira

This is somehow a better lore explanation than is given in the actual game
I like the idea having heihachi being potrayed as a person who cared for his grandson, but ultimately feared that Jin would become like Kazuya, leading to him doing what he did that led to the events of 4 because he was blinded by fear

I feel bad for Jin. Hehachi was all Jin had at the time and trusted him with his life only to be used. He could've definitely turned Jin's life around for the better.
Not really remember heihachi is a dick. Dont forget he basically toss his young son off a cliff just to see if he has devil gene or not (which he does have it) and did some very criminal activities just to be powerful and wanted to seek power for himself to be unstoppable.
So no he wouldn’t turn jin’s life around he would eventually backstab jin the moment he let his guard down.

I love the absurdity of Paul Phoenix becoming the protagonist for a second and taking out the big bad before he just exits the entire story of his own volition before round 2 because he assumes it's over.
That's what happens. But ogre was hiding. He can't beat Paul.
I really love the reasoning for heihachi here and his moment of hesitation makes him way more fleshed out than in Bloodlines

I like how every character Jin fights here are ones that are introduced in T3. Even King is technically not T1 and T2's King.
Yeah he was an orphan raised by the original king who died by ogre and he was trained by armor king.

@@alejandroramirez4470 I think it's been said that a lot of fighters from T2 were badly hurt by Ogre by the time T3 rolls around, so maybe Marshall was included there.

Then in T4 and T5 he got into legal trouble, his restaurant shutdown and became a drunk and Forest got into that motorcycle accident.
Around t5 he got injured driving Paul's motorcycle hence why law enters that tournament to pay for his son's medical bills while paul was looking to fix his bike.
T6-8 has been a chance imho to do so but maybe saving it for when the mishima storyline is finished.
Jin faces his biggest challenge yet is a sixteen Chinese girl.
Gotta bob n weave. But he learned the ultimate technique : the jin walk. Worked like a charm until chinese grew a woman out of her.

This is amazing! I especially love the detail of Heicachi's flashbacks and the creepy and dark Tekken 4 music fit in perfectly. And here we can see that gun basically works on everyone except Jin. If you're facing Jin, you're just fucked and might just immediately admit defeat lmao Can't wait for Tekken 4
