I love this home. The outside is beautiful with the dark against the white.this is so very gorgeous. I love the ceiling with the beam’s. This home would make me very happy. I love the neutral colors. You did a beautiful job of showing this home! The kitchen is gorgeous who wouldn’t love it. The bedroom are perfect along with bathrooms. I’m in love with this home!! Great showing Tim.
I like this home alot although the livingroom space is very limited. I would make the door to the interior Rt just a window of same size as the door glass so it matches aesthetically. And in the kitchen I would have cabinet space where that microwave niche is and make cabinet space half the depth of the peninsula on the kitchen side. I would ask for a closed cabinet where those open shelves are. Figure out where the microwave goes. Those beams are just gorgeous as is the double sided fireplace. Both bedrooms look and feel to me like a master with ensuite. The first bath I would make that just a walk in shower with the same tile as in the second tub/shower unit. Not sure about the laundry location if that would change or not depends on other floor plans or if I had a attached garage added on then I might create a " Mud room" entry from the garage to the inside and put the W/D there with more upper cabinets.would love to be able TO extend the living room size. The bedrooms are beautiful as is. Very very nice home I got the feeling of almost living there.that outside covered deck with fire place is gorgeous. Love this home💜💛🍁
I like the bathrooms in that they don't give you the vinyl "shub" (one piece shower & tub combo) but an actual tub with tile. But personally, I would replace them with walk-in tubs with air & water jets and fancy shower sprayers.
I agree with everything you said except for getting rid of the pull out shelves. That is what I love most about the kitchen! 😊
@@nette49 not the pull out shelves those are a keeper I would get rid of the Open shelves next to the window in favor of a regular closed cabinet.
Any idea on the price? I don't think you ever list or talk about price. This home is stunning! I think the mega high ceilings make it feel a whole lot bigger than it truly is - and that is awesome! Little disappointed in the master bathroom - I miss the soaker tubs and those super pretty showers with the see through windows and stuff .... But overall - stunning! NOW PRICE?????? $$___________ ???

Amazing home! Definitely need a seperate laundry area/mudroom to go along with the rustic. A pantry closer to kitchen area. Add another bedroom would be great, and a covering around porch to make it seasonal. I would add a stone kitchen sink, backsplash colored stone. Otherwise perfect.

Oh, I love this one! The outdoor living space is wonderful. I'd close in the outdoor living room with screen windows, make it a 3 season room. This is the first "vacation" cabin that you could live in full time. Nice sized bathrooms and closets. That pantry stack with pull out drawers is a great use of space. You'd be able to store so much more! It's perfect for what it is. A small home that you can entertain in. They come to enjoy a great dinner or game day, then they gotta go home. Lol
Seriously, they did a great job decorating this. I love the lighter walls with the rustic beams. I love that the wood wasn't stained too dark. I love the perfect amount of stone and just a touch of modern too. All your wet spaces are tiled up for easy clean and care.
I can just smell a great Thanksgiving going on! Both fireplaces lit. Game outdoors, music indoors... smoked turkey going on the grill deck.

I've been to this location. I like this home, it is like a tiny mansion. Timber homes are pretty, but very expensive.

Very charming! Other than a few color options (which no doubt can be customized) and sone after market improvements to the bathrooms I would of necessity have to have done apart from the manufacturer, I wouldn't change a thing 😆 But that's just "me".

absolutely beautiful home and no floor space was wasted, love the easy flow. but more of a mountain retreat/lodge than farmhouse. I would have my farmhouse and build this house for getaway to the mountains :) Great job getting all the details!
Very nice floor plan. Not crazy about my washer dryer in the kitchen though. Cut the guest bathroom in half for washer dryer. Sliding barn doors instead of pocket doors. One to many doors in living space for porch or outside. My option would be for me would be remove gas fireplace install wood stove. I love the ceilings and the bigger bedrooms. Would need bigger tub in master bedroom. Thankyou for the great video. Bring more.
Pretty exterior. Nice kitchen, but I would want a cabinet where the shelves are. I would want my microwave over the stove. Oh, beautiful great bedroom w/bath. 2d guest bedroom and bathroom is beautiful as well. Lovely home. You did great. Thank you for the tour.
Pretty spectacular package in that small of a footprint. The outside living space is amazing. The only thing that felt a tad too cramped was no dining area at all other than the "island". If they opened it up just a little so the kitchen wasn't so cramped between the two long counters and added a small dining "room" and a dedicated laundry room, this thing would be 100% perfect (IMO).

I love this home. It appears to jump from a fairytale or any whimsical story. This design would make me feel like I was home, and to start a new chapter in my life. I would make some changes but they mostly would be making sure of accessibility for wheelchair. Thank you for showing this. Might need take a road trip to Tennessee. What interstate is this place close too? TIA

Love the huge porch and open “feel” to the living room! Funny because normally I prefer a contemporary/modern home design to “farmhouse design” but I do love this interior design! Love the porch & the bigger the better for those warm summer nights!! Nice feel to the house but those pocket doors prevent you from putting a light switch within three feet of entering the room causing them to put light switches too close to the shower. This may be a hazard and cause building code issues. View at 8:10 on timeline. Love the outdoor living space.
Wow that is absolutely my favorite model I have seen! If they have a larger version with a little more living area down and another bedroom and space for a family/game room up I would be all in. Also would be ok with basement option versus the upstairs depending on the lot.

Love the outdoor deck space! The indoor layout is pretty good for the size of the home, but the finishes aren't for me. I think I'd want one more bedroom as well. Great tour, it shows a different option that's available.
Cute home! I love it! The wrap around porch with outdoor living area would be wonderful! The use of different materials in construction worked really well together. The floor tile in the main bedroom was really neat and loved the tiles used elsewhere too!
A spot for sit down meals is a must especially for holiday dining. Not everyone wants to eat at a breakfast bar.

Very beautiful home! The only bothersome thing, as in most homes, are the plain cheapo switch/outlet plates everywhere; do they think people won't spend an extra $150 for all nice ones?? Otherwise, I'd live there in a heartbeat!

Nice place! Good video Timothy. You did say you could kinda do your own thing with the design right? There are some things I'd change. I'd want a laundry room And a pantry with room for a freezer, upright or chest. And you do not need two bathrooms with just two bedrooms, unless you have kids of course, which we don't. So I would extend the closets in each bedroom and extend the bathroom that starts in the hallway backward to the wall where the other bathroom goes. Giving lots of room in the one bathroom. I'd have to put in a handicapped tub, and we'd have room for a separate shower if husband wanted one; otherwise we can get a handicapped tub/shower combo. The outside living area - where the grill area is I would use it to extend the kitchen. I would make it into the pantry, starting where the washer/dryer is now, and go out to the end of the grill area. Then the front of the grill area next to the porch, I would make it into the laundry room with a folding table. Then I would add a half bath for outside, and then I'd put the grill area in front of that, putting it next to the sitting area on outside porch. The overall home though I'd leave as is; the 2 Bedrooms (with extended closets), Living Room, Kitchen, even the "dining room" being the bar and barstools. I personally wouldn't need a dishwasher as there is just my husband and myself, so I would have just more cabinets/drawers put there. Otherwise, I like the place. But you didn't say, was the outside fireplace a wood or gas or electric fireplace? I believe you said the inside fireplace was a gas one, which makes me think the outside one is too. It's a very beautiful home especially for a weekend visit, but I like having an actual dinning table. I would have opted for smaller bedrooms and baths to give the living room more space.The guest bath doesn't need to be that big. The kitchen should have a proper pantry.You can put the washer and dry in the bathroom. The outdoor space is phenomenal for this home!

I love the pocket doors and exposed beams. Not a fan of the barn door look, it's a fad. I prefer something more "timeless". The kitchen sink is a winner as well as the lower microwave shelf to save counter space and open it up above the flattop stove.

It's a very beautiful home. I'd want a different set up. I don't care for the tv and fireplace outside, rather have a nicely built grill. I'd want a decent sized laundry room and large walk in pantry. A basement and upstairs, and 4-5 bedrooms. More room.
I’m sure they could absolutely do that. I’m hoping to tour more of theirs in the future for everyone
