It's time again for the yearly Christmas party in Dream Land, but they've hit a snag with their preparations. That's when Kirby spots a mysterious shooting star and gets an idea! Spend a moment with Kirby and his friends through a heart-warming winter's day with a beautiful snowy backdrop.

King dedede isn't a villain, he's just a bully. Browser has a redemption arc but Mario doesn't.

Kirby's great because it can be badass and quite serious (Planet robobot's badass mecha, the darker backstories of bosses, the really cool abilities), but it's also very wholesome and relaxing

I personally think it's the crystal gem stars from epic yarn
The Rare Stones? Yeah. That's pretty cool.
That could be a reference to a Rare Stone (probably), to the Epic Yarn stars (less likely but still pretty close) and then they referred Kirby 64 by making the star break into crystals from Kirby 64
Although possible, it's unlikely to be intentional. It's Kirby Time: The Gift of a Star first released during the tail-end of 2019, two years before Kirby and the Forgotten Land's release.
Pretty sure this was written before Forgotten Land, so it’s more likely a cool coincidence. This writer has “predicted” things in her other Kirby works too.

No joke, this could actually be a concept for a side Kirby adventure, where you collect different pieces to make the tree’s star with different characters in different levels. An interesting idea if another minigame-based kirby game like super star came to be

This really got me, because the smallest act of kindness is always welcome.
I love how DeDeDe isn’t really a bad guy but is one. Yet he still cares for Kirby to help him out on his adventures and problems.
The last time Dedede was depicted as a genuine villain himself (and not just mindcontrolled for the thousandth time- why is it always him? I assume that he’s just weak-willed?) was in Kirby Super Star Ultra, in the Spring Breeze subgame. This was 15 years ago, and in that same game, Meta Knight was also in a villainous role, where he led his army to try to conquer Dreamland (this is because the game was a remake of an older game, with Spring Breeze itself being a remake of an even older one)
this is void's lore, this is LITERALLY void's lore, he's a shimmering star, full of colors, destined to bring hapiness to others, but then finished broke, and is finnaly repaired thanks to everyone help until he goes away as his new repaired form.
