This is currently the hottest live music anywhere.
Can’t believe I never saw this act. So fire.
I'm from the homeland of NHØP
and Hugo Rasmussen,
may they Rest In Peace..
Bryn Davies is a fantastic bass-player,
A musician that plays for the song.
And then some.. Outstanding!!
Led Zeppelin brought me here! The 'Be Good Tanyas' covered 'In my time of dying', which led me to their version of 'Cold rain and snow', which led me here. When it gets cooking, it is mesmerising.
Philip Gilbert that’s such a cool chain of events. This is one of my all time favorite bluegrass songs. You should check out String Cheese Incident’s incredible version of Walls of Time
Marvelous, try Molly Tuttle’s Rain and Snow, it is so beautiful
I was there!
One of my favorite combos.
Bryn Davies I'm so impressed of you!! You are both an artist and a beauty!
To para phrase Winston Churchill : " Some legends -- some babes !!".
Rowan has a great band here , not to mention the wonderful Tony Rice.
Research on Google shows that written by Peter Rowan and Bill Monroe, with note that Rowan wrote lyrics, Haunting sweet old timey high lonesome sound. A fave.
He talks about this song on some bluegrass podcast.
Classic.
Awesome song...Ricky Skaggs and Bill Monroe both do a good job on it as well.
Tony surely plays a whole lot of notes here.
Bryn doing a good job following him on that bass too.
Too many
At 4:20 minute mark a guy hits a bowl in the bottom right hand corner of the screen..
Miles Pittman. 420👍
what the hell is rice doin? as monroe said ' THAT AINT NO PART OF NOTHIN. "
franklin field I dug it. Nice jazzy approach to fill the empty space of a slow groove
@@slowHONU Couldn't have said it better. Anything Tony does is always in good taste.
The crowd seemed to have enjoyed it…..
