Exploring the picturesque medieval Calabrian town of Bova.

The Rural Livelihoods on the Ionian Coast project has been working in the region of southern Calabria near the town of Bova for many years. With roots in the early Medieval period, the town hugs the hillside and is capped with the remains of a Norman castle. Join us as we walk and explore the town from the main piazza up through the narrow, steep winding streets to the top of of the castle.
Il progetto Rural Livelihoods on the Jonian Coast opera da molti anni nella regione della Calabria meridionale, vicino alla città di Bova. Con radici nell'alto medioevo, la città abbraccia il fianco di una collina ed è ricoperta dai resti di un castello normanno. Unisciti a noi mentre camminiamo ed esploriamo la città dalla piazza principale attraverso le strade strette e ripide fino alla cima del castello.
