Beautiful small home with a fantastic garden. It would make a splendid holiday home or full-time home for a person who does not need a lot of indoor space. The garden woyld be a beautiful refuge with some tending to. I would love to spend mornings and evenings on the covered stone patio overlooking the back garden.

Very nice small practical house. A few questions though: is that a dish washer or washing machine in the kitchen? I saw radiators, but no a/c units . Would you know what a units in main bedroom and downstairs would cost installed approx? And finally, would it be safe to leave a car parked in the driveway for months at a time?
